i also love how it is so informal. like he jumps down and says: "hello, how are ya." very casually like they are friends. I like how the Castillian Spanish goes "Que tal!" which is basically "what's up?", and Latin Spanish is "Hola todos!" Which is literally "Hi everybody!" like he's Dr Nick . The Castillian is truer to the original tone, but the Latin Spanish is even more flippant.
Meanwhile the Castillian response is "Es usted muy osado" (You are very daring) while the Latin is "En verdad es valiente" (you're truly brave) . The Latin is truer to the original, more understated, while the Castillian emphasizes Obi-Wan's boldness.
I would pick the Castillian Actor for Obi-Wan and the Latin actor for Grievous as the best for each.

Also, the more accurate transliteration for Ukrainian Grievous dubber is Borys Heorhiievskyi instead of "Boris Georgiewski" that you've used in description ;)
Apart from that: thanks for this multi, this is one of that things every Star Wars fan should see ;)

Я гадаю, що краще б було - "Здоровеньки були!", та більш стереотипно, саме тому комічно, але голо Ґрівуса у нас найкумедніший!

Mexican here. it is funny to see how both spanish dubbings have way different wordings. Here is a sort of transcription:
SPAIN: "how's it going?", "General Kenobi... you are very daring. DEATH TO HIM!" (referring to Obi in formal second person way)
LATAM: "Hello to everyone", "General Kenobi... it is true that you are really brave. KILL HIM!" (referring to Obi in neutral third person way)
