Just because the city is beautiful, doesn't mean it's an oligarchy or land mafia. Indonesians deserve to live in beautiful houses of their choice and aesthetic rather than informal rotten houses, it's better for everyone, including Indonesians' mental health, relaxation, physical fitness,, intelligence, quality of life, and sometimes even ethics and religiousness and respect and tolerance for others who are different. Hope you understand, thank you.
People here in my city San Francisco, in California, wish to live in better houses. While the are beautiful houses, indeed, the homelessness problem and also ignorance against traditional architecture by the Board of Supervisors had ruined the city. The fact that there is development far better than San Francisco shows Indonesia's integrity and advancement, destroying it won't do anything positive, instead it would destroy the character of Indonesia's cities and heavily decrease its wealth, and lead to actual oligarchies.
