Thanks for your help, the new update is draining my battery so bad, my phone is constantly hot, so I turned off all my apps battery refresh buttons, and it fixed my problem!

My batt couldn’t last whole day! After update🤯
Changing that setting doesn’t prevent the app from running in the background.
i also turn off the cellular data of all the apps i don't use much until i go to use them and only leave that on for the apps i do use a lot social media and calls and text too
iPhone 12 Pro here, running the rereleased iOS 17.4.1 Build # 21E237 with no issues, much more stable than the previous update… however, you need a Mac to run Finder and manually update after iCloud backup

there is a bug in the control center when having a video call, the video call button is replaced from nowhere at the bottom

My 12 Pro was on ios 16 when I got it, then I updated it to the recent update and now it goes down 20% in less than 30 minutes.
The update out bugs on my phone and my apps freeze and battery drains fast

my background refresh is turned off and it is still the same, my phone is draining battery 2x it used to be
17.4.1 slightly lag on my non pro iPhone 15 whenever it loads slow! Also now my battery already turns 99% for just 5 months of use! 🤷🏻♂️

Definitely an IOS 17.4 issue. Turned off all background updates. Two days since the update I was at 99% 4hrs ago. Watched one 30 min utube video. Now at 12%. Unacceptable!!
