God did sent the bible down in form of Jesus. The term 'bible’ means the word of God. John 1:1 says "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.” John 1:14 "The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us.” The bible says "For all have fallen short of the glory of God” In other words, we’re all sinners and deserve to die because the wages of sin is death. However, because God is merciful and full of love for his creation, he made a way to unite us with him again by sending his one and only begotten son that whoever believes in him will have eternal life. So, Jesus came on earth, lived a sinless life, and was brutally killed as a ransom for the sins of mankind. Three days later, he resurrected and appeared to his disciples who became the eyewitnesses of his death and resurrection. In conclusion, the fact that his disciples went on to proclaim the gospel and even die for it substantiate that the bible is the truth. Because one thing I know is that no man would willingly die for the cause that they do not know is the truth.
