What started off as a short conversation over chai inspired me to make this video for you guys. Today I was invited by an investor and friend to consult on a large hospitality investment. As we spoke the conversation went into rental yields and eventually into the competition between hotels and independent Rental investment. After the meeting, I thought, why not share my thoughts with you guys. So here I am, apologies for the poor audio but it’s all I could do. While the inspiration was there, I made the video.
