My take on lakers roster and coach Ham is this. Ham had to juggle a roster based on availability of players. All the role players they went and got this year and last year were all injured from time to time. So he struggled with rotations. So start with asking g LeBron why does he keep asking for roster changes. Bottom line role players are the key to any success of a team winning the chip. Role players after winning a chip want a pay day to so they take the money and go because their families have to survive as well. Management and superstar players can’t keep taking all the money and expect the others to take crumbs. Lakers will probably let gam go but I think ham has the right personality to handle the lakers mess. Rob, LeBron and Jeannie are the problem! No more rings for the lake show unfortunately 😮
they cant keep doing that if they want to stay consistent.... need to build chemistry and not keep breaking everything up after every season (not counting last season)
