They didn’t met on the set. They met before in Argentina. He spotted her in the audience of his show and couldn’t stop thinking about her. Then he saw her again in a after show event where she was invited (she is a famous actress in Argentina her home country) the whole story is out there. By the time they made that video they were already dating.

I love the love you can clearly see between Michael and Luisana. Being a real couple in real life in real love they don't have to do any facial acting at all.
