It feels good having a conversation about underrated games for a changes. Even some games are underrated, they still fun as heck. Take Realm Royal and Paladins from Hi-Rez Studio, some people say Realm Royal is a Fortnite clone and Paladins is a Overwatch clone. But unlike Fortnite, Realm Royal has a class system. The Paladins characters are more unique then Overwatch. Has anyone everyone played Realm Royal and Paladins? They’re fun as heck.
Some Paladins characters are kinda just reskins of overwatch characters though but I know what you mean but I'd argue that Overwatch characters have more personality and lore behind them than Paladins
I like this because instead of arguing on which underrated games are the best, the mercs explaining what and agreeing why each of their games are their favorites.
You know my favorite best Underrated games were was.. Star Fox: Assault (GameCube) The Suffering (2004) (PS2, Xbox) Area 51 (2005) (PS2, Xbox) Star Wars: Battlefront 1 & 2 the original (Ps2, Xbox)
Bro I cannot count how much time i've spent with my brother in the multiplayer modes in Star Fox Assault. Nowadays I have to resort to blackmail to get him to play anything that isn't a 2D fighter.
Mine are Ultimate Spider Man, Hulk: Ultimate Destruction, Godzilla Unleashed, Destroy All Humans, Mortal Kombat Armageddon, Hulk (Movie Game), Ultimate Alliance 2 WWF SmackDown: Just Bring It, SmackDown vs Raw, 3D Pinball Space Cadet and War of The Monsters.
Them having fetish isn't that bad but them screaming and yelling at each other instead of having a decent conversation still kind mix on demo Being a complete grandpa with lights, camera, pants because I think his overreacting on it it's still a fantastic game of the Mario party games but with it's own style
Odd world strangers wrath is such a great game odd world has such an interesting universe and twisted metal head on is one of my favourites in the franchise
Underrated gems is always nice to see. The Lost Kingdoms games are a oft forgotten masterpiece that was put together by FromSoftware of Elden ring and Dark souls fame. Also Baten Kaitos. It was a card game in which the player was treated as a main character as was an integral part of the story.
What I can remember is Hot Wheels: Velocity X for the PS2 and GameCube as well as PC and Game Boy. Based on the long-running Hot Wheels toy line, you had to go through several missions in adventure mode up to five locations and around thirty cars to drive, plus different offensive and defensive gadgets to use. Also, see Stuntman Ignition, which is on the PS2, PS3, and XBox 360. It's a game where you drive different vehicles in different movie sets parodying real-life films (apocalypse, James Bond-like action etc.) and once you nail these scenarios, you can watch them as if it were legitimate movie scenes.
The Spongebob Movie Game and Battle for Bikini Bottom are underrated masterpieces. Wish the SpongeBob Movie game had a remake like Battle for Bikini Bottom. Also kinda surreal for the mercs to talk about Specter outside of Double Zeta Breaker's vids. Also how damn Pokemon Channel was my shit back in the day as well, tho funny enough I only bought it because of the Brvr Creepypasta.
I have to admit Twisted Metal Head-On was on of my favorite underrated games from psp but my goto is Burnout Paradise from the PS3 Era and it was fun to play with so many vehicles to play with especially the hidden vehicles such as the Steel Wheels GT and the Walmart WTR
There are some awesome underrated classic games from the late 90s to early 2000s. Also the 2 Spongebob games I spent the most hours out of, I even saw the first Spongebob movie on the big screen back in 2004.
My absolute favorite underrated games that I have ever played; 1. Marvel Nemesis: Rise of the Imperfect 2. Twisted Metal: Head-On (The Extra Twisted Edition) 3. Midway Arcade Treasure 2 (Played Rampage: World Tour and Primal Rage) 4. Rampage: Total Destruction (PS2) 5. Godzilla: Save the Earth (PS2) 6. Shadow the Hedgehog
One of the underated games I enjoyed playing was Pokemon XD Gale of Darkness. I really loved that game. It's a shame I never truly completed it. I never got the chance to catch Shadow lugia because I was to young to understand how catching pokemon worked.
Ngl, Ape Escape 3 was great, even though I technically played it before I got Ape Escape 2 lol And speaking of Twisted Metal, I think Vigilante 8 is a really good cult classic. That being said, I can't help but imagine the mercs playing that one lol
The suffering was very underated horror action. The story, at least the 1st game, was well done. The characters were menacing and well written. And i enjoyed the gameplay. Second game was a little off the rails but it was okay.
Best underrated games I have played most of my childhood are the plants vs zombies: garden warfare games (not the third one it’s a disappointment) it was my childhood and my introduction to the shooter genera which is still one of my favorite gaming generas to this day. While the game’s enjoyiblity wained as I got older and more aware of its shity balance, it’s still has charm and fun. And it actually does something better balance wise than it’s inspiration of tf2, that being it’s sniper characters, they are actually fun to fight against at all ranges while still being dangerous threats from afar, they can also defend themselves at close range but are at a noticeable disadvantage at that range. The only gripes I have with them balance wise are their abilitys they did before overwatch was even conceived. Knowing all of this and tf2 snipers EXTREME flaws balance wise, it’s a damn shame that most other games just copy the tf2 sniper blueprints for their sniper weapon/character instead of the superior pvz gw2 cactus’s as snipers when implemented like that are a terrible part of the gameplay experience that you are told to just deal with because the other player no lifes the shit out of the game for near perfect aim and is a consistent and persistent source of you and your teammates dying instantly to something that you/they couldn’t even see on your/their screen due to how distance makes things smaller and harder to see.
May not be multiplayer, but my favorite game of all time is a PS2 game: Dragon quest 8, Journey of the cursed king. That game is my childhood! Where do i even start? The music is breathtakingly good, from soothing land and see themes, over the motivating title music to the creepy dungeon music and epic boss themes. The characters are compelling with awesome voice-acting, toriyamas legendary designs and perfect development and surprising twists. From the true friend Yangus, to the best girl Jessica and the hated Dhoulmagus and marcello. And don't let me start on prince charmels. I hate that guy and i love it. Then the story itself was top notch with multiple mysteries, all of which are explained in a satisfying matter sooner or later. And the battle system was extremely versatile and creative. But even with the best techniques in your arsenal some enemies can be a real challenge, which most games today seem to not be able to pull off without becoming dark souls. Overall, this game was peak PS2.
Some classic choices :). I miss the vehicular combat genre (Twisted Metal was my fav, but others like Vigilante 8 were solid too). With the trend being towards a new game every 10 yrs, we're due a new one. I keep the flame going when i'm not playing new games like Gunfire Reborn or Banners of Ruin.
I forgot about many games I played... I think I remember playing pray (2005), sonic adventure 2, nfs carbon, nfs most wanted (2005), super monkey ball 2 (that game was my favorite) and... I think SpongeBob: battle for the bikini bottom and the movie video game. Also the medic reminds me about twisted metal head-on game I play on PSP.
If I have to choose at least one of the best underrated games in my life, it be Super Smash Bros. Melee. Although I have not played it in my entire life, I still consider it the best since my introduction to the Smash Bros series. I know that there are some bugs in the game, but I don't seek perfection, I only seek out passion just like what Heavy said. And like Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, it is the greatest game in all of Nintendo since the dawn of Smash Bros. I even noticed that R.O.B. does not debut in Melee, but as long as Pikachu's in the game, I'll be much obliged to play with. However, I do require the GameCube controller to play along with the controls of the game. I do have Super Smash Bros. Ultimate on the Nintendo Switch, and I also have at least three Amiibos such as Pikachu, Meta Knight, and Shulk. And I do plan to get the Sora Amiibo, but that's only the half of it.
here's my personal list: 1-beyond good and evil: ubisoft didn't sell the rights, so it's sequel is in development hell 2-just cause 1: almost no one remembers this one, it got overshadowed by it's sequel. 3-Airforce Delta Strike and heatseeker: both are aerial combat games no one talks about. 4-wild arms 5-xenosaga 1,2 and 3 6-shinobido 7-hot wheels world race and velocity x 8-prince of persia sot, ww and t2t: assassins creed would't exist without these games.
There was a old game my older brother used to play, its a dinosaur game where you play is a Indian guy, his melee was a skull on a stick and one of the enemies were lizardmen, please help me find out wtf it is, I am actually sad I don't remember the name
The only Game besides what other ppl say mine would be Simpsons hit and run , Scarface and The Godfather 1, 2 those games right there were something that gave me meaning in life there other games but for me those 4 meant a lot to me Simpsons hit and run was ps2 , Xbox and GC Scarface ps2 , Xbox , i think wii not sure though and the godFather 1 ps2, Xbox , wii i think , ps3 , Xbox 360 and 2 ps3 , Xbox 360 bare in mind my memory is fuzzy from remembering stuff like point is those games felt awesome but after gaming companies went from kings to being stupid hateful rich idiots no remaster or anything it breaks my heart that those will never and even some youtuber is working on a Simpsons hit and run i think it was a project but he also this will never be there for anyone to Download if game companies could realize how much fans and common sense they are losing along everything else they would realize how blind and stupid they are but even if they did it takes a long trip from hell to get back to the top i hope some they realize it before somewhere out there's still but none of us know where nor when it will come i pray it will come soon cuz if not then gaming forever will be ruin #Prayforabettertomorrow
Kinda cheating and i dont think many people really consider it underrated but viewtiful joe 1 and 2 are baller af, one of hideki kamiyas best games that unfortunately was left behind in the ps2 generation. Its worth a pick up if for the sheer style it oozes. Also, the maximo games, capcom’s spiritual successor to ghost and goblins. Fun hack and slash action
Jak and Daxter now that's underrated they get their trilogy remastered but now Sly Cooper, Spyro, Ratchet and Clank and finally Crash Banditcoot get their newest installment Where's my damned Jak 4 Naughty Dog?!
Feels refreshing that they’re discussing and agreeing on a topic instead of getting into a toxic argument.
I know it feels refreshing and cool, and them all agreeing on other things without getting heated at each other
It certainly is a nice change of pace.
10th like here and I agree!

Personally not a fan of either. I’ve played them a bit, they’re somewhat p2w

which ending did you get in the suffering?
Mine are Ultimate Spider Man, Hulk: Ultimate Destruction, Godzilla Unleashed, Destroy All Humans, Mortal Kombat Armageddon, Hulk (Movie Game), Ultimate Alliance 2 WWF SmackDown: Just Bring It, SmackDown vs Raw, 3D Pinball Space Cadet and War of The Monsters.
Its ended up without Scream, racials insult, Blood, dead or weirds fetiches, a nice work mate

You mentioned Klonoa. I cannot thank you enough.

Ahh, I remember Soulcalibur III, even though I'm not a PS fanatic, I love SC since II on Gamecube. I played Sims Bustin' Out on GC, too.
Ohhh what a trip down memory lane. Anyone else get goose bumps? Mine popped up at ape escape, soul caliber, and sims bustin' out. Fucking child hood
The suffering was very underated horror action. The story, at least the 1st game, was well done. The characters were menacing and well written. And i enjoyed the gameplay. Second game was a little off the rails but it was okay.
Man, not a lot of people remember Timesplitters...now THAT was gem!
Indeed, especially Future Perfect
Ape Escape is literally the Best game i have ever played in my life! I would always play the hell out of it when i was a kid
And Twisted Metal... I played the remastered version of the game (AKA the 2012 or 14 version)

i would like to give my two cents about this: kid icarus uprising and the steamworld games like steamworld dig 1&2
The best gaming era was definitely the PS2 Xbox and game cube hands down no contest
I agree with medic twisted metals good and heavy I agree with that Pokemon game it's good 👍

did you private this video? there were times where I tried looking it up but I couldn't find it
No I didn't. CZcams just have a crappy search system that would sometime not show you the video you looking for.
