Hey I have really good youngsters for you, noah mbamba who is 18, 64 rated, CDM that you can easily convert to a CB and that has high potential. Next up Mateus Fernandes who is 18, 68 overall and CM but I usually convert him to lw which fits him really well, he has great potential. And then next up Roger fernandes who is 17, 64 overall, LM, I Always convert him to RW because he is left footed and it fits him very well, and of course has a very high potential. And a last one, one that is from my city's club Khalil Fayad, he is 19, 62 rated and CM with a good potential it would be really great to see him as part of the adventure (it's really okay if you don't sign him though). If you want the best results, follow the advice, because I can get all of them to over 90 rated. And also, if they don't want to join the club by transfer you can just do a Loan to buy and since they are young it will work well. You can trust me with all these signings! Everyone who sees this, please like so he can see. Thanks !

PCQ: You should try putting development plans on your key players and your youngest players. And maybe sending a youth scout could be good for the team, Wales has alot of talent and same with norway to.

PCQ: You should change the rest/training day schedule. This would probably fix the issue of players with no stamina. Also, a new youth scout would be really useful for the long term and make extra money of the youth talents if you need to sell them, preferably in the defence/fullbacks roles.

You should always look at youth academy prospects stats to see if they're better in different positions. A common one of this is they could be a cdm, but they have bad defending and physical, their best stats are usually their passing and dribbling and sometimes pace. They also have better shooting then their defending. Just a suggestion, but keep up the class work! :)
PQC: I think you should invest in a scout because you can find some good hidden talents to make your life easier. The youngsters will also make the difference in lower leagues develop and become fantastic players in the PL

PCQ: Will you eventually sign any Defenders? I ask this as comes your back 4 are slowing you down from winning games and if you sign maybe a good free agent or a cheap player a league above you might have a few games with clean sheets. This will lead to a promotion spot if Downs and Rooney keep preforming like they have in their last few games.

PCQ : You should Hayden Hackney he is very young and has high potential talent and is the perfect midfielder to control that midfield. He reminds me of Xavi in Barca tiki taka team. He will control your midfield like no other! If you want to sign a striker too you can get Tommy Conway, hw has great pace and great finishing and with score tons, you can get him for a cheap as well.

PCQ: you should put your Tactical Vision to Wing play cause you have Billy Wilson who has the whipped pass play style and of course don't forget he has Long throw play style and that is useful if you have a striker who is amazing at headers and one more thing, You should buy an amazing scout with your money left because if a one star scout can get talents like Billy Wilson surely a four star scout can find better. PCQ: you should definitely send out a new scout in a uk country( would recommend England or Scotland). In all career modes I have done in eafc24, a scout has been a key part.
You should sign kibban rai (player who scored from npc), he would be a decent back up midfielder with bags of potential and a lot of creativity

PCQ: I’d highly recommend signing a young Alfie bavidge, he’s a fast, 16 year old, and cheap striker that could come in handy
I found out from my current AFC Wimbledon manager career is that you need to look at the individual training plans for your players. Those playing more often or in your starting 11 should stay at Balanced or be more Energy Focused to conserve their stamina. All subs and reserves be on Performance Focused for sharpness. You may have to keep changing these around but hopefully this should settle fitness issues

PCQ: I think, for fun, just find an Estonian wonderkid by sending a scout to Estonia as I just saw the country available on FC24. I Have seen some clips of the Estonian league and they have a lot of youngsters. Sadly, they are not in the game and so, I think finding a wonderkid for the academy suits an inspiring style of 'hidden gems in forgotten lands'.

PCQ:- You should change your tactical vision to counter attack and you are conceding many goals and you should sign a new cb in place of Bennard like Nathan collins from stoke city and your new signing downs is doing nothing
I think Yacine Adli is a great player that has a pretty good potential and can be great for the club, you can maybe try and loan him in. A formation I would suggest to link him in the squad (if you do get him) is 4-2-3-1 with Rooney as your main striker and Adli as the cam. Obviously it’s all up to you as to what you think is best so this is just a suggestion. Keep up the great vids and good luck on achieving 1million subs. 🙌
I think you should spend on academy as it would help the first 11 and even the squad depth. You should do a club clear out or loan some players so that they can grow in their overall.
PCQ: Try doing the wing play for the attack because i notice that you use the wing alot. For defensive use park the bus so you wont loke stamina and continue to keep the goal safe. Also for the team find a 2-1 mil worth RM because i think kovalenko is not ready yet, so you coud either find one for 2-1 mil or sign free agents because there are plaenty worthy for 1 season wonders.

I suggest that you should run a 3-4-3 formation play Dave Rooney at the left Billy at the right and start kovalenko on the right-mid position and bench either koch or dunn
PCQ : you can loan a lot of players or get academy players you can loan Mainoo, Durant ,Nelson Weiper and even more
In January You should add Lewis Miley you seem to be struggling to keep the ball and he would help you with that. P.S. Big Newcastle fan so may be biased but I think he would really help you.

Hey Sid, I think to improve your wide midfielder’s overalls, you need to convert them to proper wingers so that they can improve in the long run.
PCQ: looking at the squad ,its needs a lot of experience i mean a lot of experience , try signing a free agent.
Sid if you need to sign a 88 rated CAM or CF you can sign Rafael Guerrio and turn him into a CAM or Cf it only takes 4 weeks and he is 29

There is one striker that I signed from Huddersfield for about 300k and that's Kyle Hudlin. He's the tallest player I can think of in the EFL at 6'9" 60 overall and 23. He dropped down to their under 23 squad for the 22/23 season so I was sad he wasn't in FIFA 23 but Huddersfield recalled him to the senior squad this season. The guy is a unit, he doesn't need to jump for aerial balls, He's physical but he does need some work. I think he'll make a great impact off the bench and eventually get be a starter for you

PCQ : Yous should change your weekly schedule (do only rest for the week , training day before match and recovery day after match). Also you should sign a better RB than Dumn , probably check a free agent RB or maybe SAM CURTIS or MICHAEL KAYODE.
