- Lahori Fish fry is very famous in Pakistan. Lahori fish is made in two different recipes, one is with masala, and the other is with gram flour (besan).
In this video, I have shown the besan recipe which is crispy outside and soft and flavorful inside. Lahori besan fish fry can easily be made at home using a few ingredients and spices. if you try this recipe please give me feedback in the comments.
Ingredients:
For Washing-
Salt 1tbs
Vinegar 1cup
Marination-
Fish 1kg
Salt 1tsp
Red Chili Powder 0.75tsp
Red Chili Flakes 0.75tsp
Ajwain 1/2tsp
Coriander Powder 1tsp
Cumin Powder 1tsp
Turmeric 1/2tsp
Tamarind Pulp 20gms
Lemons 2-3
Coating:
Besan/Gram Flour 2cups
Salt 1/4tsp
Red Chili Flakes 1/2tsp
Ajwain 1/4tsp
