Dan & Dave teaching cardistry on a mainstream channel like this??? wow we love to see it!!!!
Fr, dan and dave are the ogs
Wow it feels so amazing to me that Cardistry is going mainstream. It’s fit that the legends themselves get to do it
Its finally getting the attention it deserves
cardistry still can’t be mainstream ;(
@@cimen9793 why?
lol its not mainstream bro
As a cardist, it's great to see cardistry in the limelight. And who better to teach the artform than the founders themselves, the Buck twins! These guys are and have always been my inspiration. I only wish to be as good as them one day!
this is so sad... they killed card juggling for all of you ... and what they show is way watered down version of what was standard fair 30 years ago.
@@agnidas5816 cope
Founders?!? Nah bro
This kids did not found or pioneer anything.
@@christophertaylor6079 they definitely did. No one person started card flourishing; different flourishes were created by different people. However, the Buck Twins made it popular with their tutorial DVD's. They even started Cardistry-Con. And that's why they're featured here.
You won't find a better free online source to learn cardistry than this video. What a legendary duo!

So dope seeing D&D again!
Was hältst du von Mrtrixxl?
"They start together, they separate, and they end together.."
I never thought cardistry could get this romantic. If only all relationships could be like this.
I messaged them a few years back how they've helped me grow with card magic and cardistry and they replied. I have not been playing with my cards for 3 years now because life happened, this video was a nostalgia trip down the memory lane for one of the best hobbies I've had.
Same wow. It was my childhood hobby. Now I got back into it as it became rekindled for ms
I have been doing cardistry for 6 yrs and I still watch every single second of the chalier cut explanation
hahahah yeah i total agree... The cool thing about cardistry is self-expression and it is an amazing finger dexterity training for sleight of hand.
I’m so glad this video was made. I personally can’t do any cardistry myself, but I think it’s an amazing skill and talent that deserves more attention. Apple doesn’t even recognize it as a real word, which is disappointing.
So epic!!
Please get back to cardistry
please make another tutorial!!
Funny I thought about you when I saw this in my recommended :) Love your content!
U r the REASON I look up cardisty now! Do a tutorial!
hello vegas graham
I've been practicing for a bit less than a year now and this video 1) makes me pretty confident in the progress I've made so far 2) inspired the crop outta me. So much to learn, and im at a level where I feel I really understand everything here, I just have to practice. Such a dope video, I hope this turns some more people on to cardistry
Intensive cardistry course with Dan and Dave.
This levels are interesting, I remember that I began with Sybil and Charlier first, but here it also makes sense how they are organized
So cool to see how all the previous levels get used and modified in the higher levels! A good comprehensive guide to get you started in cardistry
Never in my life did I imagine I would see the Buck twins on Wired doing Cardistry demonstrations
Jesus Christ died for your sins please repent for the kingdom of heaven is at hand 6637834577635499684273
Yessssss! So glad Dan and Dave are getting the recognition they deserve!
I don't know how I ended up here but it was beautiful to watch all the card tricks!
The clear and precise language is almost as fascinating as the tricks themselves. It’s academic!
I noticed that too! I wonder if the terms were established completely by the twins or if they worked with a team of people.
So proud to see cardistry getting more attention and with actual respect towards the OGs too
Haven’t seen Dan and Dave in so long! Glad to see they’re still at it. I still own their dvd titled andthensome. I always wanted the paper it’s dvd when I was younger which was filmed by them as well. Huge fan of cardistry but never really got into it. These guys are masters!
didn’t know what cardistry is. still clicked

I'm just a card magician....and I can do up to level 6 + a few harder levels. And I think having that knowledge is good, especially if I ever want to make the change to cardistry. I'm happy cardistry is finally going mainstream
I do cubing, magic and cardistry as well. I assume you do too.

I was watching Dan and Dave since 2009, it's amazing how the art expanded
This is the best video Wired has ever posted!
OMG I was expecting this series to be on magic and here we are!!!!!!
One of the best Easy to Complex episodes. Unlike others, this comes with tutorials.
I've been a cardist for about 2 years now and I'm so very excited
i can't get over level 3... im so glad i learned that it's so cool
I was not expecting to see cardistry here! Amazing
Great initiative to make the cardistry community grow
More cardistry videos please. Thank you, Wired!
0:50 I see those finger exercises and that ring on your finger and can't help but think that someone is very lucky lol
Started this video like 2 months ago, got to the genesis, stopped watch and practiced till I could do it. Now I’m back, next level lol
Always awesome to see Dan and Dave
Yesss I’ve been waiting for this moment, cardistry is finally coming into the mainstream
Love the twin energy with the synchronized talking
Nope
So good, let’s make this beautiful art go more viral!
Level 23: Snyder cut.
This is only for hardcore cardists because of how long it takes to perform.
I would love to see more in depth videos on this
Come on man It's Buck Brother . I am learning card magic and they are like the best magic duo on Earth . Loved that wired have bring that on there channel. AWESOME 🤣😍😘🤩😍😘

FINALLY IVE WAITED FOR THIS FOR SO LONG
SHIVRAJ..PROUD OF U
Wow, I've successfully mastered level 1. I will come back with an update when I managed to complete level 2 by next year, same day.
5 faces of Sybil at level 17!!??? That was the first move I learnt, no wonder it was so hard then😂😂😂
Even their spring feels like a whole different level
Started doing this back in 2008 for a few years. Funny how muscle memory works because I can still do these even if I haven't done it for many years now. However, I've somehow always struggled with that darn Carnahan Fan!
I aced the card shot on the first few tries, simply by paying real close attention to the placement of the card in relation to the fingers, and the entire movement. The only real challenge now is catching the card, which I apparently have a hard time doing.
best tuition on here for newbies and beyond
Love the video... just a small note for the beginners at 2:18 the grip of the blue deck is not a dealer's grip but just a straddle grip. The dealer's grip is with the pinky on the long edge of the deck.
I feel you but also it’s more of a mix between them
This video is great!
It helped me a lot!
just saw the finger exercise and i'm already blown away
Amazing skills..
The scissor cut alone would make me feared in Yu-Gi-Oh! Tournaments..
This is an amazing video!! Great job gentleman
so many emotions seeing this guys again!
Love this series!
I remember following thevirts and learn cardistry long time ago
Is Dan sitting on Dave's lap in the thumnail?
No, Dave is sitting on Dan’s lap. 😂
i think it’s just edited
It's edited yet it's so funny 🤣🤣
yes 😩😩
Super cool guys. Really enjoyed watching this!
These tricks are cool to watch! I agree with the levels and its cool how you guys are promoting Cardistry to a wider audience. I tried to do some of these, but my hands are too tiny!
That is a very well known excuse in the cardistry scene. I can assure you you can do every move shown here, even with your tiny baby hands. 😉
That was informative and entertaining, thanks!
Its mad seeing cardistry show up on mainstream stuff, with the legends themselves no less.
thank you for sharing thiis!
Pandora is the one cut that I've always dreamt of learning. Never got to it, probably someday, but it's one of the most iconic cardistry routines.
I was like what with the tne handed shuffle. Now I went for it after all these years. Finally can do it now!
NO WAY THIS IS A REAL VIDEO...LET'S FRICKING GOOOOO
You gotta teach that hand warm up, my productivity will surely skyrocket.
About time they did this. ♠️

This guys are legend!!
Yes! This is great!
Wooow that would be so useful to start cardistry!
I’m mad I didn’t find this video during quarantine when I had all the time in the world to learn it 😩
It feels so insane to see cardistry and the Buck twins getting huge covrage like this
helped me a lot
So cool! Enjoyed it a lot
This was awesome
Thank you!
There brothers! My name is Dave (short for Davis) & my brother's name is Dan (short for Daniel but goes by Danny). Our birthdays are consecutive in the very month amid midwinter.
Such a great Video!!!! Thanksss
I can do levels 1-17 but cant do level 16 Kryptonite and almost have that one hand shuffle.
Thanks for explaining everything. Only been doing cardistry/magic for only 1 month, since mid august.
this is awesome
Dan and dave! Love their stuff
There is definitely a JOY and overwhelming sense of accomplishment when you put in the time and practice learning card flourishes. For me I made myself some DIY packets with tape and different sized stacks of cards that way I could practice without dropping cards all the time. But luckily now you can buy like a 6 pack of trainers to mimic the feel of cards and practice without dropping cards. It's come a long way for sure
Level 11 itself is so mind-blowing and it is at halfway point!
Cool. I love playing with cards like doing magic trick

Been doing cardistry since middle school. These 2 are one of the best at it. I really look up to these guys.
Edit. Seems like I'm lvl 13. I got ways to go.

For anyone new, if you feel like your hands are too small, you still can do all the moves here!
cardistry content on 2021 yey!
Cardistry is going into a new era.
Which one of these guys was the stand in body double for buddy aces Israels part in the movie smokin aces? Those card juggles he did in that film got me hooked on cardistry and didn't even know it.
