In this video we will be preparing Amala and Abula.
Our special guest is Mrs Oluwatoyosi David. She is a wife, mum and business woman. She is a caterer and also owns and runs her resturant Toyosi Kitchen in Portsmouth UK.
This dish is a favourite from the Yoruba tribe in Nigeria, Western Africa.
Abula is a combination of three different soups; Gbegiri, ewedu and a variety soup which is a tomatoes and peppers based soup that will contain a variety of meat pieces.
This is a delicacy that can be had at home and also at Nigerian parties.
Mrs David will be teaching us during this tutorial and and we will be cooking and speaking in Yoruba language. If you do not understand this language, subtitles are available to ensure everyone can enjoy the video.
