I think you would have to include European games and cup games in considering the run-in. Spurs are the only team that has no European games or cup games. Tottenham play only once a week, which makes a huge difference over Aston Villa, which is still in a European competition. When you look at the difficulty of remaining fixtures including European games, Looking at the top three, Arsenal and Man City have the toughest run-ins, tougher than Liverpool's run-in. I predict Liverpool and Man City in the top two and Arsenal third.

Do they list those matches after the first 33 are done? Because I looked at the match schedule and it only showed 33 matches, and then some friendlies for some clubs in July. I thought it was weird there were only 33, but figured perhaps the season had been truncated for one reason or another.

@@DaftRaincloudbecause the league splits into top and Bottom Six it’s not settled yet so the main focus for the next few weeks will be the Dundee/Hibernian/Motherwell race for 6th, because it allows them a chance to make a run at 4/5th for Europe After the split will contain the title race, hearts will almost definitely be 3rd, then it’ll be European spots with 6th getting nothing. Bottom Six only has automatic relegation which Livingston look certain for and 11th is a relegation playoff vs someone from 2nd/3rd/4th in the Championship and St Johnstone are on poor form with Aberdeen and Ross County picking up big wins last week and whoever misses out on the top 6 potentially may be dragged into it but it’s unlikely. It’s a strange system that was added to increase drama, it does succeed at that most of the time unless there’s big gaps, usually 3rd is more open, but most people here would prefer a wider league with no split from the opinions i hear.

Usually sets up great relegation battle with bottom teams and means the European places are always contested then rangers/celtic (if close) goes to the wire. If the positions are pretty much guaranteed the split is a bad watch. But should be good this year.
Love the video man but for the Scotland one they still have 5 games after the remaining 3/4 games left in the main season (due to the split). Therefore Celtic still have 8 (5 against the top 6 after the split) and 9 (5 against the top 6 after the split) for The Rangers
