They wouldn't have to kill me, I would die of embarrassment that I was so stupid to follow a deadbeat slug like Chad.
💯💯💯
Slug is a very fitting description.
The entire group had no shame. They were more into Chad’s approval and fake adoration until they finally stood up to his lies. That’s why Alex died. I don’t believe that Chad has remote supernatural powers but his mortal influence caused his followers to the ultimate darkness. Did Alex end his life because he felt he had lost the approval of Chad and Lori? Lori was disappointed when Alex failed to shoot Tammy. Serena was removed from the group when she challenged Chad’s repentance views. Whenever anyone challenged Chad and Lori’s opinions, they were removed.
The “banality of evil” personified= Doublechin Chad.
Right? It crazy people can be so dumb
I think its sad that we don't take time to remember Charles. He would still be alive if it weren't for these wackos. I know he doesn't have anything to do with this trial but he was a victim just the same.
Those cops should have listened to him. They probably thought he was crazy when he was attempting to explain to police what was going on. 😢
He was a good man, husband, father, brother. Lori never appreciated what she had in him. She wanted to be a goddess.
He will be doing that every night during Lori's AZ trial.
@@mktny6028
Those cops were dirty. Did anyone bother to check and see if they were part of the Daybell cult ?
Nate has honored Charles. But also emphasized that Charles's justice is coming at the next trial in Arizona. This one is about Tammy and the kids. But he has honored him before.
Let’s hear it for Lindsay Blake, who had more sustained objections and stricken questions in one half hour today than Prior will have in the whole trial.
What a boss. She’s gooood.
I’m so impressed by her. Yes, Lindsey Blake! She puts Johnny deep’s lawyer Camille, or whatever her name, to shame. Ms Blake had better get a promotion after these two trials!
Was she on the Prosecutions team during Lori’s trial? I just don’t remember a female Prosecutor from that trial being so succinct and on the ball..
@@misskelly9821she was. And she was quite sharp most days. Her dad died during trial.
She is doing a phenomenal job!
@@misskelly9821She and Rob Wood were the prosecutors in Lori's trial. She did a good job. Lori's defense attorneys were less aggressive in that Lori didn't want a vigorous defense.
Zulema's testimony is a real-life textbook example of how cults develop. How the cult leaders adapt their cult "doctrine" to manipulate their weak followers.
They even isolated her in a new place!! classic

Lindsay Blake deserves a raise after the amazing work shes done so far in Chads trial & all the work she put into Loris also! 👏👏 She is good at what she does! 🔥
I have been sooooo impressed by her! Way to lawyer, Lindsey Blake!
She asks those ridiculous questions with a straight face, and has to actually step into that world as if it makes sense.
She's an effing hero!
She is totally good! And so professional. So intelligent. So clear and concise and planned
She is pretty awesome!
she is extremely professional, doesn't make mistakes with her questions, asks the right questions and has them in the right order relevant to the witness. She is outstanding and makes JP look incompetent.
I was watching EIN live and it was up to 83K people. So many invested in seeing lady justice hit Daybell over the head.
With a shovel 😁
Tammy's parents. Imagine living an honest, loving life, and then your final years immersed in this hell. May her Mom rest in peace, and her father find peace as well.
I want to know what chads folks think now!
I'm sure this horror killed Tammy's mother.
I appreciate Zulema being so transparent, I felt her testimony was honest, even when it made her look incredibly foolish. I have felt for many years that Melanie Gibbs knows so much more than she lets on.
Monica: Zulema's reports to police and later testimony is self-serving. She is smart enough to know she could be in legal trouble. And all her reports are about Lori and Chad's crazy evil behavior.....and her slow awakening.
None of these followers deserve ANY credit or praise.
We should admire church members that rang alarm bells and those who were initially interested in the Lori and Chad teaching, rejected it, and walked away.
I as well. Melanie Gibb was trusted by Chad and Lori to have their backs.
I ABSOLUTELY agree with you. MG was closer to Lori and Chad than Z ever was. MG has only been concerned about her own public image since the children were missing.
zulema is 100% in on the unalivings and cult group. She claims she can alter the weather and after all, alex died in her home. Look how quickly people believe anything people say. Sad
3:54 Prior wanted to impeach Zulema Pastenes because she spoke the fullest and most damaging truths.
She knew more except for MP
He DID impeach her. She was very inconsistent. She changed her statement to police so it would work in court (so she was also inconsistent with them), and she said she didn’t actually believe she had powers to predict the weather but then prior mentioned a text where she said she would send a storm to make something happen. Plus she’s only giving this testimony to save her own butt. If I was a juror and fence-sitting, I’d throw out her testimony. But luckily for the prosecution, her testimony is buttressed by loads of other evidence. So he did impeach her but does it matter? Maybe not.
I have a lot of respect for her for telling the truth!
I don’t think he’s “done” trying to impeach Zulema. He’ll try again when / if he calls her for defense. He’ll try again to get that 4 hour recording in.
She had more of Alex's perspective.
How unsexy it sounds when your lover lays a plastic drop cloth over the bed before you lay down on it. Towels over the bed maybe. Plastic? Run!!!!
Right?!!
@@ralphmajor1947 He wouldn't have to drug her simply to have his way w/her. They were newlyweds.
Dude, you lay plastic on the bed if you're planning an adult activity that involves a lot of baby oil. It really is a thing that some couples do enjoy; it's not my thing, but I don't shame people's preferences in that department, as long as everyone is giving informed consent.
The first time I heard about the plastic sheet, one of the hosts of the show I heard it on was actually perplexed that anyone would find it odd to put plastic sheeting on a bed, because it means a particular type of adult activity that they are really into. Given Alex being into sex tourism, I kind think that it isn't beyond reasonable to think that he was hoping the massage would end differently than his brand new wife falling asleep. The silence afterwards could have been him feeling dejected because it didn't go the way that he wanted.
@@mightme6887 It was a massage. You must have never had a professional one before because they use oil and you lay on a comfortable sheet. If massage parlors used plastic, I think they would be out of business because no one would be going due to how uncomfortable and unpleasant and non-relaxing that would be.
Also, this took place in a hotel, so no need to worry about oil getting on the sheets or the bedding.
@@loveforeignaccents it wasn't a professional massage, nor was it a massage parlor; it was a newlywed couple in a hotel room. Therefore, what is done in massage parlors by professional masseurs and masseuses isn't actually relevant to the conversation.
For the adult activity, it's actually not uncommon to use plastic sheeting. Oils require non-standard methods of laundering, and can cause staining. If that occurred, a hotel would just consider the bedding a loss. Additionally, depending on the amount of oil a couple uses, it can go through the bedding and ruin the mattress. the couple could then be on the hook to replace it. Hotels keep credit cards on file in case of stuff getting damaged or ruined, and would have no problem charging for oil getting into the bedding or the mattress.
If all a person wants to do is give their partner a massage, a towel would suffice, and I think that anyone would has ever given or received a massage be aware of that. Plastic sheeting is overdoing it, if that's the goal. However, the presence of plastic sheeting isn't necessarily an indication of violent intent.
Maybe this verdict will come right before Father’s Day, which would be absolutely perfect.
That would sure be sweet

I’m now convinced that Zulema was on the hit list. The primary motive for Chad and Lori to murder was money and their MO was insurance fraud. They both tried to increase their spouse’s policy, but Lori failed. After Lori didn’t get Charles’ insurance, she needed another victim for payout. Obviously, the next target has to be an intimate member of the cult, or they wouldn’t be entitled to insurance. Brandon was the first, but Alex was a bad shot. I think the reason Chad/Lori/Alex were suddenly pushing their members to marry was because they would eventually get killed. Alex didn’t love Zulema. He knew she was the next victim, but when Tammy was exhumed, it was over. Zulema is one lucky girl.
I think you could be on to something here.
Lori said “Alex never gets it right” when the shot missed Brandon and Tammy.”
100% my thoughts exactly
I believe I had heard Alex had insurance and Zulie was the beneficiary. But it hasn't come up this year.

As an Idahoan myself, I am so glad both Lindsay Blake and Nate Eaton are also Idahoan's! Lindsay Blake is excellent at what she does. And, there is nobody like Nate! A few reasons why I believe Nate is so successful is he loves what he does. He is truly thankful to all the people who watch him. Gratitude helps bring Heaven to Earth, and God knows we need that! Great fortune in your fortune cookie tonight, Nate!
I wish all the news was like Nate’s. I love how he balanced out the horrific stuff with pets if the week and secret Santa. And he speaks on these court cases in an objective manner. No sensationalism needed. We need more Nate’s in this world!
I absolutely agree! Well said!
Nate, I feel this trial is a lot DIFFERENT than Lori's trial. Chad's trial is more CREEPY! I can just picture Zulema asking Chad a question and he reaches into his back pocket and pulls out a crystal on a chain for the answer!!!! How ridiculous!
It is not a crystal, it is an owl. In some cultures owls represent death. Very creepy.
Yeah especially in Mexico. There's a video on youtube of an owl flying into a church in Mexico and everyone is freaking out, its pretty funny 😂 but only if you're not religious I suppose. The whole Chad crew sound utterly nasty and creepy. I don't believe in anything supernatural, good or bad. This makes this groups' actions even creepier to me, they did this all themselves, just because they wanted to. They wanted to manipulate and murder people, children, children with special needs even for no real reason, for no reason other than their own thrills. They an utterly disgusting bunch of creeps.
Why do I think it was some cheap charm necklace he found on the church floor?
Total insanity. Total freak.
@asamatteroffact9247 yes he found it while cleaning his LDS church building and decided to steal it.

It's interesting that Chad told everyone Tammy died of a pulmonary embolism and that is how Alex died. Almost as if Chad knew.
Must be the "torn veil"...
I've never thought of that !!!
Tammy's was pulmonary edema. Alex was pulmonary embolism. Whether Chad lied or misquoted Tammy's original COD or if everyone else is misquoting it, who knows. We hear pulmonary embolism more often than pulmonary edema. I read somewhere that the ME removed Alex's blood clots and gave them to LE. I wonder if it was done to show beyond all doubt Alex's death was natural or why they did that. I think Alex died from guilt. Obviously, he was unaware he had heart disease, but I wonder if opening his eyes about being the fall guy and questioning if he was a man of God, was him realizing the horrible things he let Lori convince him to do and it was more than his heart could take..
too much of a coincidence??

Zulema literally brought the receipts with her testimony today.
I can't even wrap my mind around HOW these people could even believe such CRAZY ideas. How can they think this makes ANY sense? Mind boggling.
Jodi.wills: You asked how these followers could believe what was being preached by Lori and Chad. Answer: The promise of power and privilege is seductive. Look at what these followers were being offered, or promised.
The privilege, the honor, the praise they will enjoy.
All humans are capable of corruption.
The "objection" "sustained" "Move on Mr. Prior" back and forth was hilarious. Lindsey Blake was on her game. As was Judge Boyce.
Zulema was unflustered by Prior. "To be ahead of what you're doing right now." I jaw-dropped. A perfect answer.
Remember Lori claimed that Chad couldn’t get divorced because he would have LOST his exaltation
@@duckthecuckoo - The most sickening part of it all is that this is really what that psycho convinced his idiot girlfriend of. He just wanted to collect life insurance money and never work again with someone who never dared question him by his side.

This was the best court day yet, I think Zulema was a great witness and the things she said buttoned up a lot of loose ends. Really interesting testimony
East Idaho news is doing a great job covering this trial. I am in South Weber Utah following this trial closely. I actually knew Tammy when I was on my mission though she was a little kid :-) me and my companion would go to their house and play Atari and we thought they were rich because they had the basketball game :-) I barely remember that but she reminded me when Chad was publishing my book famous Mormons. I never did meet Chad or Tammy in their older years and I never had met Chad thank goodness.
If police had gotten involved early on, a big probability that none of this would have happened.
Gilbert LE and Chandler LE really dropped the ball.
Oh for sure! The AZ authorities f’ed up BIG TIME
Charles body cam video is heartbreaking when he begs for help and he was met with indifference.
Thank God Idaho law enforcement didn't act like Arizona!
Yes, like when Charles said something is not right with my wife!! I mean it sounded nuts but what if the cops took him serious?? Who knows it’s all so crazy & convoluted!!
I listened to the entirety of Lori’s trial and watched ALL of Chad’s but ur live finally made me understand what was so important about tapping and being “exalted in a prior life”. They felt like they were IMMUNE
Surprising how a woman who’s so ill with heart trouble is left to empty her car on the drive herself when she gets home !
I have to do it a few times a week and I’m very I’ll. It takes everything to do it and I’m not that old. But I do live alone so. Lol
I really get the feeling Chad had convinced Lori to sever their trials, plead incompetency and allow him to blame her in his trial so he could be free and then he would fight to free her. I could see him telling her God told him this is how it needs to play out and they will be free to live out their mission. That’s why she didn’t fight in court and just allowed it to happen, while he gets to blame her. It was all his manipulation of her.
I’ve had the same thought. Otherwise I’d think he’d try to divorce Lori
There is something going on. Either they promised not to blame each other if they got caught or Lori thought by not blaming him at her trial, he'd extend the same courtesy. Their lawyers were working together at one point until Judge Boyce ordered them to do separate.
Good theory but they weren't allowed to communicate after Chad was arrested. Maybe they have "portals" in their cells? 😂 There isn't anyone left who could be their proxy either.
I think Lori is still under his spell, but Chad is out for Chad & has no problem blaming everything on that man-eating vixon. 🙄
Ms. Blake is phenomenal.
How can some women be so weak minded?!!!! What the hell is wrong with Zulema?!! I can tell you, if my husband of less than 24 hours, who I barely know, said we needed to go buy a drop cloth, to protect a bed in a hotel room that we DIDN'T EVEN OWN.... not only am I not going along with that, but I'm making an excuse that I need to go to the gift shop to buy something. I would find any way possible OUT OF THAT HOTEL ROOM ALONE. And once I was alone, I'm contacting my family, on my way to the police station, and my ass wouldn't be leaving that police station without an escort to the airport, to get the hell out of dodge.
Not only does she go along with the drop cloth massage....but she wakes up like 12 hours later, feeling drugged, and STILL DOESN'T RUN FOR THE HILLS?!?! I just don't get what she was thinking!!!
Alex was 1000% "testing" the life ending drugs on Zulema. I'd bet my house on it. It's too weird how often Alex traveled to Mexico to buy his medications at a "cheaper" price, and he and Tammy, two perfectly healthy adults, just so happen to have heart failure in their sleep?!?????!!!!! And again, Zulema NEVER ONCE THOUGHT TO QUESTION THIS?!?!
It’s not unheard of for couples to use oil and protect sheets with plastic
Not if she was already drugged up
People who join or run cults are mentally ill. Hope that answers your question.
Omg, I can almost hear you speak your words with a NYC accent. Lmfao! I just can’t with Zulema. That poor girl is so gullible. And in case anyone should find themselves in such a predicament, I highly recommend the, “I’m starting my period and need tampons” excuse. It works every time…
It’s just like Ian when Melani is telling him all of these things and he’s talking with Lori & Chad…thinking his children & ex wife are in actual danger and he STILL goes along with the marriage!
54:38 Adam Cox stated on his podcast Silver Linings, that he believes his brother Alex would have spilled everything if he had been caught, no doubt in his mind. Just some food for thought in answer to your question, Nate.
It sounds to me like Melanie Palowski needs to be investigated. If I heard correctly, she was in on calling her own children dark!!! She told her daughter about it and she was ok with it??????????????????????? They should not let this go. Everyone that participated in this insanity needs to answer for their parts in this insanity!!! If not, they will do it again.
I totally agree. But sadly, I think Lori and the slug are the only ones they are to get and they will let the rest go.
The other women were given immunity for their testimonies
She needs to go to jail for what she said about her kids and Brandon alone.
I believe she should be tried for Brandon's attempted murder trial...at least as a conspirator.
She lost custody of her kids forever.
Thank you, Nate, for following court rules. That's why we trust you!❤
Chad did NOT like Zulema talking about Lori holding Chad’s hand, physically intimate, etc.” in AZ after Charles was shot. He frowned, shook his head and started writing notes for his atty 🧐😤😆
well spotted.
I believe LV unalived JJ to spite Kay due to her getting the million dollar life insurance. She could have easily given him to her but it was the ultimate kick in the head to Kay to end his life.
No she got 4,000 a month or more for taking care of J.J. It was all about the Benjamins. As one detective pointed out the only ones killed were those who presented a financial opportunity for them. Alex was not the beneficiary of Zulema's life insurance policy. He may have forged her signature by getting the form over the phone like they tried to do with Charles. But the plastic, it's weird. Maybe they wanted her killed because she knew too much, was a loose end. I believe Alex killed himself on their orders. The only other loose end then would be Gibb and David.
I agree. It was to spite Kay, because Lori had no patience for JJs needs and because she wanted to keep receiving his social security benefits from Charles and her benefits from being JJs surviving parent. She would have lost that money had she given him to Kay.

This is the best trial commentary/recap out there! Thank you for breaking everything down at the end of the day for us!
Zulema was in fact a real good participant in the cult, with all the notes and clear explanations. Chad you are so lost!
Zulema did a very good job today. She handled Prior better than many of the others. I hope the victims’ family are ok with this because I think Zulema’s testimony may be what tips the scales of Justice toward GUILTY on all counts.
It was interesting to watch Daybell’s demeanor as Zulema testified. He starts out sitting straight & tall as he has done before. By the end, he is slumped in his chair, shrinking into himself (probably trying to be as small as possible so the jury won’t see him).
Why doesn’t the State just parade Christina,Serena and Nicole through the witness stand and confirm the things Zulema is saying? That’ll shut Prior up. I don’t blame the jury for being in a “We’re over it” status with Prior. He is trying every angle to get his client off and it’s becoming tiresome and predictable. You cannot refute facts and truth.
Let’s all pray for a guilty verdict on June 9 !!!
I cannot say enough about Judge Boyce. Wow !!! His grasp of the law and ability to stay engaged and focused during lengthy, sometimes tedious testimony (much of which he has heard already and some of it TWICE) is amazing !!! I think they wanted Alex to get rid of Zulema…Alex spared her, Chad and Lorie were pissed and started to treat Alex badly. She really lucked out. Lorie was probably berating him on the phone for screwing things up again and calling him a moron.
Theory is she was mad because he missed when shooting at Tammy.
So true, Zulema dodged the bullet. So much death as of it wasn’t a big deal because everyone received so many multiple lives. …like it doesn’t count!
I'm wondering if Alex didn't want to kill anyone at all but agreed to help dispose the corpses. Especially after hearing about Zulema's massage from him.
@@Peaceful-Sheep - Good point. He screwed up every time, and it looks like Lori had to suffocate JJ herself. But it does sound like he was involved in cleaning up the bodies.
Kathy in Missouri here, so Melanie P. Lied to Chad's attorney. She had no knowledge of the 7 gatherers but Zulema named her as part of the group
Both Melanies "lied" then, if you will. It is also possible they may not have remembered after all these years.
They "forgot" 😂
Does Chad still have friends at the cemetery? Someone from there could have told Chad that Tammy was being exhumed.
Does Chad have friends??
Maybe Chad's attorney was notified. Maybe because Ian was taping them, to see if they would talk about it and incriminate themselves. Or maybe Chad being the spouse was notified but he kept it quiet from the kids.
I can’t get past Zulema saying that she had “visions” telling her that she should “protect Lori”. Holy smokes! I kept waiting for her to say “I certainly know now that this was delusional!” I’m sorry. I found her to be kind of a dim bulb.
Zulema certainly seems immature and gullible.
Zulie basically admitted in Lori's trial that she's gullible.
Did you see her testimony in Lori’s trial? I feel she has come a long way. I think she has been through intense counseling and healing for insecurity/ lack of confidence /low self worth
I missed her testimony in Lori’s trial. I very much hope she had had some help after because by drawn into that fantasy world. I can just hear Chad on the phone with her, telling he all about her past lives, and being pleased with himself that he can choose the right people for his little cult world.
Does this mean that no matter what you do even murder that you don't have to repent?!?!?!? Whoa!!!!!
I think John Prior's constant
"Show🎪Boating" Tactics are now wearing pretty Thin with everone, in the Court Room.😌
YOU GOT THAT RIGHT!
He’s no longer a showboater …… same with Murdaugh’s Lawyer he wasn’t the a lawyer he used to be !
Definitely!
His showboat has ship wrecked.

Objection your honor, asked and answered--sustained!! Move to strike! Way to go, Lindsay Blake! Hard as he tried, Prior got struck down! He got on my nerves!
Between the Chad Daybell /Lori Vallow Daybell unalivings, and the recent self unaliving of Mica Miller, the young South Carolina pastor's wife in North Carolina, I am sick of twisted religion stealing people's lives. 😢💔🕯️🕊️
Let's not forget ruby Franke and Jodi hildabrant crock of religious bullshit
You should check out the Freedom From Religion Foundation (assuming you're American). They help try to keep all this religious zealotry nonsense out of our schools and government, which is vital to personal freedom!
Lindsay Blake is great but so is Rob Woods. Let’s give him credit too!
Thanks for walking us through courtroom layout. Watching for Iowa.
I still can't believe this happened. How truly insane people can spread evil like a disease. It makes me wonder how people like this can walk around among us and we don't even see the pure wickedness that's inside of them. It doesn't seem real. I can't even imagine what those poor kids went through or what kind of diseased minds could ever entertain such atrocities. It's beyond any stretch of the mind.
Makes me want to stay home all the time. These people are next to us in grocery store lines, at stop lights, being our hair stylist...
I’m re- watching/listening to all your videos, post Chad’s trial and conviction.
I missed large portions of the trial so I’m going back to review.
I’m so grateful for your wonderful coverage, Nate. Your work is stellar.
Thank you and your lovely wife, Erica. You’re the best.
Zulema is a very lucky woman to get out of all this with her life. Wow.
Nate, thanks for your always interesting and inclusive coverage. Regarding the cough.....I think the world has it! LOL. I am in East Coast Canada and have had it for two weeks now, as do many of my friends and family. Feel better soon and thanks again for your amazing coverage. PS: I look forward to your interview with the court stenographers....I always wondered how they use those little machines. Prayers for Charles, Tammy, Tylee and JJ.
I'm a court reporter. Think of our machine like a piano. A combination of keys can mean many things, including commonly said phrases like: State your full name; I don't recall; in your own words; beyond a reasonable doubt, etc., etc.
A simple name such as the name Jim on our machine would be SKWR*EUPL, which seems like a lot, but that is all getting taken down amongst several fingers within one keystroke versus three -- J-i-m -- on an actual typewriter.
Will there be ANYONE left to testify for the defense??? This trial is beyond fascinating! Watching from Concrete, Washington.
Four out of five of Chad's children, as well as the medical experts he is calling, and apparently he plans on re-calling Zulema.
Oh. My. Heart. Give a wave to those bald eagles in Concrete for me please. I just moved from Skagit Valley. In the spring and summer it is the best place on earth. This crazy trial has sure reached all corners!
I love Concrete. I take my kids camping up there every summer. I'm watching from Everett!
I’m in Burlington!
She was roofied ! 😂
I thought she was the best witness, she remembered so much info, unlike both the Melanie's
Both Melanies’ remembered, they just ignored the memories.
Watching from Philippines, keep up the good work Nate. Always looking forward for your updates
That burp made me laugh out loud! 😂
All burps make me laugh out loud.
Lori was deemed incompetent because she wouldn't participate in her defense. Chad is definitely very involved in his defense.
Replay crew from L.A.. This cult is complicated!
Nate, I’m thinking Chad IS the mastermind and he saw ALL of the players in this as his minions and that they are all idiots.
He didn’t kill HIS kids. Everything that happened benefited Chad. I’m not standing up for Lori or Alex, but Chad was getting everything he ever wanted out of this deal. A “hot" new wife without kids, no more wife to bother him about "career" that was going no where, the adult kids can’t take sides if the one parent is dead instead of a divorce… maybe Chad doesn’t believe in any of this?!
I agree💯 💯 Everything's about Chad.
Absolutely!!! When she described Chad in the middle of the women and all of them sitting around him. He planned on a harem with all these women. ANYONE not pleasing him would die!!
Zulema was no victim.
She was one of the 7 Gatherers.
She keeps looking at Chad, like he's still got his hooks in her.
Too many coincidences about Alex, starting with the fact that Adam told the police Alex took off work for a week at a time to "get women" in Central America. Funny, Lori and Chad just so happened to have his type of woman in their back pocket with which to reward his service. 🙄
Then there are the coincidences surrounding his death. 1) He died just as the police were closing in. 2) He died just as he was realizing he was their fall guy. 3) He died from a supposed pulmonary embolism, which was the same thing Chad said Tammy died from. 4) Zulema was in a position to have Alex cremated, so he couldn't be exhumed later. Lori, Chad, and Melani talked about it in one of Ian's recordings - which, by the way, was also the only recording they all giggled through Chad's blessing. Alex trusted Zulema enough to tell her he thought he was their fall guy. I bet he trusted her enough to eat her food and drink her beverages as well.
💯 💯
Nobody said she was a victim
@@bean6157 It was implied when Nate was talking about the massage.
@@bean6157 The OP is responding to a question from Nate about Zulema being a victim and they just said no. We're not saying anybody is treating her as innocent. We're just giving answers. That's all.
The “nosy” neighbor (not my thought but a quote from Chad) also died of a pulmonary embolism after walking near the “pet cemetery”. He got too close 😠😫🤬
I def. feel/think Zulema is lucky to be alive!!!
I've been watching every day from New Zealand. Your coverage is great and so thorough.
Nate, I think Chad is sitting there writing a book and rating people.
Thank you Nate. Praying for that gnarly congestion in your cough. Tell Chad I hear that the electric chair has a lot of vibration. I can't say by experience however I've heard about it.
Anyone hear an echo when either Zulema or ms Blake speak?..strange..😮
Are you ok not smoking anything or anything right
It’s the vibrations
It happens when Nate doesn’t mute his mic while playing the videos, he notices a lot of the time and you can hear the click of him muting his mic and then the echo goes away. I’m sorry people are being weird to you in response
@@MitchT-cj2hgha ha ha 😂😅😊just sayin!
Am I the only one skeptical of Zulemas story about the painters sheet on the wedding night? Deflect much? Too bad the prosecution felt the need to give her and Others immunity. Obviously all were involved to some degree. May justice prevail!
Much gratitude for sharing the courtroom layout!!🙏💙. Really helps. Totally different than I thought.
Zulema and Melani traded hair colors.
No they’re both trying to HIDE, the way Alex wanted to take Zulema’s last name to hide from the police. Not one of these people is the sharpest knife in the drawer.
My thought exactly. Trying to keep from being identified by any crazed paintball shooters
And Melanie is watching it all 3D- lmao! We wont recognize her in those glasses will we?!!
😂😂😂
Yup they’re in disguise so they could avoid the h@te outside of the courtroom and in life in general. Now they have to change again.
At 1:15:12 … hoping the huge “stink” Prior has tried to raise REPEATEDLY about “digging up Tammy w/out notifying her family” was PUT TO REST TODAY w/the testimony that CHAD KNEW … AND HE COULD HAVE informed Tammy’s (and his) children.
Several of Prior’s huge “points” have backfired in his face.
"He could have informed Tammy"??
@@loveforeignaccents NO. You have to click READ MORE. I said “AND HE COULD HAVE informed Tammy (and his) children.”
@@pbcaylor1796 I had read it. My point was how could he have informed Tammy about the exhumation when she was the one being exhumed/already dead.
@@loveforeignaccents Sorry. No idea what you mean. I didn’t say he could have informed Tammy.
@@pbcaylor1796 Reread your statement. Or here is a copy and paste from your snippet: AND HE COULD HAVE informed Tammy (and his) children.
I think it’s awesome that you are being real! We all get sick and we all burp! Thank you for all you do!!
I cannot take the “UMs” every other word from Zulema. So difficult to ignore 😅
Yes😵💫😵😖
I’d still rather listen to a million umms from Zulema than just ten OHkayyys from Prior.
Tune it out or watch a sitcom with canned laughter or something.
..the long pauses🥱
The ummms and pauses are annoying, but at least she's thinking about what she's saying and is articulate. Poor Lt. Powell had me screaming at my phone the other day. He was so inarticulate and incomplete. The prosecution asked him 50 different ways to give the reasons for him petitioning the judge for Tammy's exhumation and he just was not getting it.
I would bet anything chad and lori had zulema lined up to be the next donor of insurance money!!!!
How? She would have to have made them the beneficiaries of such a policy. It doesn't just work like magic.
Alex would have gotten it as her husband.
@@user-sp6zo6oj9m If she had him designated as her beneficiary. She also had a son -- who happened to find Alex dead, BTW -- who she could have named and it would have been held till he was of age to collect it.
I’m a life insurance agent. You can only buy insurance on a person of whom you have an insurable interest, such as yourself, maybe a disable person you are responsible for, an unmarried child, spouse or significant other, etc. I couldn’t go into the local nursing home and write policies on all the 90 year olds in the hopes of some quick cash, assuming they were close to death, because I have no responsibility or relationship to or with those people. Otherwise I could really rake in some dough! So I bought a policy on my new husband. I own the policy. No one else can make changes on it, just me, because I’m the owner. I am the first beneficiary at 100%. Our Legal Estate is the tertiary beneficiary. My children inherit our estate. So I have to sign as the buyer and sign again as the owner. My hubs has to sign as the insured. Beneficiaries do not sign. The agent must see ID and observe the signatures. Beneficiaries may not even know they are beneficiaries. Beneficiaries can be any entity, such as your spouse, your children, your church, the humane society, your favorite niece, your long-term nurse-who or whatever. The secondary (tertiary) beneficiary could be your estate or child(ren) or again, whoever or whatever. No claim will be paid out in the first two years for suicide. After two years, there will probably be an investigation. No benefit claim will be paid out if the decedent was killed in the act of their committing a crime. It still pays out if decedent was murdered, unless the beneficiary was the murderer. This last one is tricky and may be investigated to make a determination. Even if he’s found guilty of insurance fraud, I doubt he has any of it left to pay back. Back to the first sentence, the insured and the owner can be the same person. Usually husbands and wives own their own policies, but it’s up to you. There may be small differences to my explanation, depending on the company. These people are OBVIOUSLY abusing the system of life insurance. This in and of itself is a serious financial crime. So is using life insurance to launder money.
@@loveforeignaccentsrarely does a life insurance company hold funds for minor beneficiaries. A minor must have a guardian, which is determined in a will. If there is no will, minor children will be dealt with in family court. They will be assigned a guardian. This guardian would be responsible for seeing to the money, which was left so this minor child could receive financial care, not necessarily for it to sit in trusts or mutual funds. Hopefully the guardian would seek financial counsel as to wear the money goes. It could go to an annuity so money could be drawn off it each month for the needs of the children. It could be invested in funds, set up in a trust, saved for college-any number of ideas. Frequently the deceased will need some to pay off funerals or final expenses or unpaid medical bills.
How sad it is to see you and others tear up over these deaths, but not Chad or Lori who truly don't give a flip.
Nate, I watch every night while I am on dialysis. I appreciate that you report the straight story not add your “spin”. One day I would love to hear your personal opinion of all this . Here is a thought about how Chad and Lori knew about Tammy’s exhumation. Chad used to work for the Springville cemetery. Is it possible that they (cemetery) knew in advance and someone tipped Chad off as to what was going down.? The cemetery would most likely be informed to make sure there would not be a conflicting funeral going on at the same time. Just a thought
You make a valid point! I wonder if Chad was privy to ALL of the going-ons at the cemetery, considering his association.
I wish you all the best of care during your dialysis. My mother was on dialysis for 6 years. I have an idea how exhausting dialysis can be for kidney patients.
Someone in Tammy's family worked in law enforcement. It may have came through the grapevine. @janeheupel4736 sending good vibes and prayers to you❤
Thanks for the diagram of the courtroom Nate! That is so cool and helpful!
