You had the right idea with managing water on your tarp. When raining it's best to have one side much lower than the other, and put peg down extra guy ropes on the tarp in-between where the poles go, to create a rain channel on your tarp where the water can run off from (rather than pool on it). I'm surprised you don't get more insects (& mozzies) when using white LEDs. Another relaxing camping trip. 👍

Hi Adorra, I just wind down a little window (left & right) for air circulation and my rear door is wide open. This camp site is pretty windy so it’s chilly at night🍃
Yes there’s a mini fridge in my car but too bad my current power battery supply is not strong enough to charge longer than 2 days….no phone coverage at this camp site

@@treebud139 Yes, u must determine the direction of rain water going down 1st prior to lower the angle. I always did this whenever it's raining when camping.
Nowhere is safe unless inside the comfort of our own concrete homes with a locked door..There will always b risk whenever we are out there camping..Just lucky or not..even humans can b a threat..but with uncertainties comes the fun part...✌🏾

I think the tarp is not high enough in the sense of water flowing. Thus, trapped water on the tarp

Recently scrolling tiktok have seen wild animals such as tigers around Malaysia. How safe is it to actually camp at a site you’re not sure of?

i hate mosquito, i might get the mosquito net to cover the rear door fr the start~~~~~ , otherwise i wont able to sleep🤣
Luckily no mosquitoes after heavy rain, it was very comfortable to sleep in🥰
