He moved really well. Strong base and hips.
He has a very high skill and anticipation level combined with great athleticism. I also suspect he was taking it easy on me to an extent.

Not suppose to ask higher belts to roll, why not? Genuinely curious. I have trained under a coral belt for a year now and have never heard that.
It’s more if you go visit another gym and call out the black belts in a competitive manor.
Just wondering if you would still get the points in competition for doing that knee on the hip move, would it just count as knee on belly? Thank you appreciate the posts
