Yes, Charlie Puth wrote and also composed the music track and gifted it to Baby Monster. One of the girls, Ahyeon covered Dangerously and it went viral for both the Ahyeon cover with 47 million views and Charlie's original Dangerously went from 60 million to 160 million views.

So in Kpop you have m/vs(music videos) and dance performance/practice videos(where they show the entire dance choreography for the song and pretty much nothing else). This being an EXCLUSIVE performance video pretty means its a low budget(for them anyway-- their label YG is known for wild m/vs) m/v mixed with a choreography vid. This is due to the fact that YG had not planned an m/v for this song(since it's a b-side) but it was so popular and fans were so insistent in demanding one for it that this was YG's answer/compromise to the fans.
So, you've already been told that this is Charlie puth song it was gifted by him to the group as one of the member named "Ahyeon" covered Charlie puth's "Dengerously" in their servival show "Last evaluation" and charlie was that impressed with the cover that he personally gifted the group this song. Now, this song was a b-side on their 1st ever mini album and it didn't had any video but due to fan's demand YG entertainment (BBM's company) release this video to the song hence it's called "Exclusive" and it's a performance video so it's "Exclusive performance video"
(**Last evaluations is an evaluation of BBM before finalizing the members (at least it was shown in that way but old YG Ent. And k-pop fans like me knew very well that it was always 7 member group). If you don't know yet then in k-pop there is a training and monthly evaluations you have to pass before becoming an IDOL (atleast big 3 and some small companies in k-pop do this. For example, babymonster before becoming idols, were trainees ranging from 4 to 6 years)
If you want to know how k-pop agencies and the training of becoming idol works then I'd really suggest you to watch all BBM's pre debut content in following order -
1. Live performance (members were introduced with these mini 1:30 -2 min black and white performances, available on YG entertainment channel, playlist is on BabyMons7er's channel)
2. Introducing Videos (8-10 min Documentory styled member introduction videos which includes snippets of their past monthly evaluation videos)
3. Last Evaluation (already explained what this is)
This looks like a exclusive viewing of the latest Designer label viewing of Christian Dior outfits because the girls are wearing Dior suits. Add 7 supermodels to the list of Baby Monster list of talents.
