Quick question. What micron thickness should a 77 be re-ribboned with? I’ve read 2.5 micron, but also have read .7 micron. I recently got a 77 and it needs a new ribbon!

For the drums mostly a Heritage 1073, and for guitars an AEA RPQ2. But only for gain and never any EQ on these videos!
