To be honest, this is one of the best cheap prebuilts I have ever seen.
Sure, it had some issues, but it was much better than the ones with like a crappy single 8GB stick of ram, no airflow, terrible graphics card and sketchy power supply.

@@SomeGuyWithaPC 💀

@Teddyfn absolutely, building your own pc is the best solution most of the time.
Lol so you're telling this one doesn't have a sketchy power supply?
It's an aerocool integrator, a bomb waiting to explode, it has literally no working protections, it has no-name chinese capacitors with inadequate capacity for a 500W unit, it's built on a questionable platform and the voltage regulation is all over the place. Yeah, this thing will just die at best, or catch fire while you're asleep at worst
I think the small extra price for the same performance of a pc is well worth it for the freedom and flexibility a pc gives you. Buying my pc was the best thing I've ever done, not even just for gaming. Its opened up so many other doors that wouldnt have been available if I was just using something made just for casual gaming. A pc is more than a gaming machine, it's a portal to the digital world.

The reason games sometimes say you have more Vram than you actually do is becuase when your gpu (or in this case igpu) doesn't have any dedicated Vram it has to use your systems ram as Vram for your igpu, its only allowed a certain amount though, in this case 8gbs
You can override and increase the dedicated ram allocated on an igpu..... well worth doing and makes a big difference
@crashnreset6987 I would highly doubt that PCs motherboard has support for that
@@ghostystudios It's not the motherboard or any hardware restriction, it's a software setting you can change in the registry editor
i have done it to an Intel laptop and on this and on this AMD r6 PC I'm using now.... also un-parking the CPU cores can help run games smoother on potato PCs
@@crashnreset6987Ok? thanks i guess
I think it ran those games fairly well, considering it had integrated graphics....in fact, I'm surprised they were even playable. I see nothing wrong with buying a cheap gaming rig like this and upgrading it, because depending on what you're paying for the GPU and PS, it could be a great deal
the problem with this thinking is that the psu included will not be usable with a powerful graphics card also slotted. They certainly didnt overspec for your benefit. That was never on the table.
@@styleisaweapon But I already took that into account in my initial post---I said it depended on what you're paying for the GPU and PS as to whether it would be a good deal to upgrade

Maybe try using a wired mouse to eliminate the input lag for cs? Also i think turning on amd fsr would've made a huge difference before nabbing a gaming gfx card but still honestly impressed as well. $300 gaming pc 10 years ago and I would've scoffed and laughed.
Its been proven that wireless is the same speed.
@@V1per2000 sure but stability wise.we all know rf has their moments with interferences at times. I'd be wired anyday of the week. But that's just me.
The input lag are caused by the low fps
@Beth Ninji didn't know they added BARs to counter strike
@@V1per2000 not entirely, it still has SOME input lag which will be almost impossible to stop and if it doesnt have top of the line bluetooth it will have input lag, which for a 300 pound pc it wont have the best of the best bluetooth
That's a good PC if you only look at the specs and assemble your own PC according to them. It just needed an SSD for Windows and applications purely and you're good to go with this budget gaming / decent workstation / very good multimedia and office setup. Easily upgradeable in the future as well by adding a graphics card which will dramatically improve its gaming and workstation potential for the price of a single component. On top of the SSD, it might also need a bit better cooler as well, but I'm not sure since I haven't seen any rivatuner overlay with the temps.

What was the integrated graphics? did you overclock it? did you try overclocking the ram? RDR2 had Vsync on (in the footage) taking that off would have probably got you into the top 30's mid 40 FPS, I never game with Vsync on as it tanks the FPS on any game, id rather see tearing and get a playable frame rate, did you try FSR? wasn't really a true depiction of what the little machine could really do .
2:02 Yes, HDD is of course maxed out, that's why we install Windows on SSD and HDD using for gaming. That's common issue and normal.
well my windows 10 is installed on my HDD, and my games on SSD, but since I have a good pc (16gb ddr4, i5-10400f, gtx 1650) it runs really smooth with the HDD
@@lutscher7979 That can be true since you have different speeds of HDDs but anyway that HDD limits max speed of your PC. When you have Windows on SSD installed it's not important do you have 2, 4, 8 or more GB of ram, it will still run fast. Of course I'm saying that in general.

i don't think it was the actual network causing steam to randomly drop speeds, steam doesn't only download, it downloads and unpacks in real time, an example would be, if you had a 10gbps (bites) you're expected to download a clean 1gbps (bytes), while that's true, it's not exactly the case on steam, on stream if you had a weak 4 threads cpu, you'd be downloading 10-20mbps at most, whereas, if you had a modern 16 thread processor, you could reach speeds close to your internet's max potential regarding speeds, cuz your processor would be able to decompress the downloaded package so fast and keeps up with the actual network speeds, all and all, i think it was either your CPU doing a poor job whenever it heated, or, pretty much a close to dead HDD been causing it, i could be wrong, i would love to hear how you fixed that if u did.
Those HDD write speeds are far slower than the rate at which it is fed data, causing the download to halt (for the HDD to install files).
The CPU is a pretty nice Zen 3 based 6 core, so should be no problem.
I'm literally about to buy this and was looking for reviews on it so I'm glad I came across this video. what ssd should I get for it?

if your looking to make a budget pc get a really cheap computer(with an ok CPU like a i3 or a rysen5 5600 something like that). then add a gpu(like a 2060 or a 1050ti) maybe add some ram(16gigs minimum in my opinion) but make shure that the power supply can handle the power. and for like $550 you can have a 800 - 1000 dollar pc

7:26 Those aren't PCIE slots, PCIE slots would be where you slot in the graphics card on the mobo. Those are just brackets (I think IO brackets?) to not leave extra space open in the back of the PC.
PCI Bracket, close tho
honestly it's a decent pc, with a decent price, the only problem would be the graphics card and maybe overheating, but the only reason its cheap its because it lacks a graphics card.

SAME HERE
If you are looking for an upgradeable pc in this price range with no gpu but you can put one in then id recommend the CCL computers pre build with r5 5600g it's cheapest on market and very upgradeable also you could pick up a 2060 for like 200 even sometimes if your fast you can get a 1080ti for 200 that's been mined on (doesn't effect poformance) the 1080ti has similar sometimes better poformance to a 2080 so it's a good buy and will take the 5600g from a 1080p 70fps machine to a 1440p 180 fps monster
Gotta be careful with the 5600 g tho it doesn't support pcie 4.0
@@pacman4596 You won't really notice any insane performance drops with PCIE 3.0 if you upgrade on a RTX 2000-3080 series card/RX 6600 series. However, try to avoid RX 5000 Series, cause those cards(especially the 5500xt I believe) suffer great performance drops from PCIE 3.0

If this cheap pc give you options to upgrade then isn’t so bad, although I would go for an intel rig, something like an i7 K from an older generation (7th or 8th) and try to find an Nvidia from the same year. Pretty sure, it will have better performance than AMD. I used to go for AMD, back in the 90ies when I had my 486 until Pentium 133Mhz.
AMD Is generally better bang for the buck
True, my pc had corrupted windows install, intel i5 6k and a random intel hd gpu, it was also compact so the best gpu i could fid that fitted was a gt 1030 from nvidia, and i still paid 300 dollars

Amazon in the UK is pretty radically different than Amazon in the US. In the US you can find used prebuilts being sold as gaming PC's....

it was probably a bad idea that they chose windows 11 instead of linux, a os that doesn't try to suck away all of your system resources every moment it can

Hard Drives in 2022 are still good, you just gotta get the right brand. They are also good if you are someone upgrading from an old overused Mac to a self built gaming computer.
This is my exact pc 🔥🔥🔥
I noticed that you have an Ultra Wide monitor. If you turn the resolution down, it will help with the lag.
This pc is from a website called awd-it, if you visit their site they've got an impressive array of customisation options for all their pre-builts.
I got my own personal pc from awd-it during the whole gpu shortage and I've even got the same case as the one featured in this video, but because it gives you a whole load of customization options you can optimise it to fit your needs for very fair prices. I managed to snag a Ryzen 5 5600g in mine.
If you bought the pc featured in this video from its actual awd-it website you could have a very well-rounded pc for cheap prices and then upgrade it as you go along.
I've upgraded almost all my components since I got my one a few years ago just like this guy has, chucked in an rtx 3060ti to go along with the ryzen 5 5600g, replaced the power supply and storage and I can say that I'm very proud of my personal rig. Don't get this pc from amazon, get it from awd-it.

i have a question to start is that pc vr ready? bc im obsessed with pcvr my valve index means everything of my stuff and thats bc i spend 2k on a pc
It might have taken a while to load because usually an iGPU is built into the CPU meaning it might cause slowdowns when the CPU is handling it while loading something

Would be a fine computer if they gave it a 20$ Adata SU650 120GB ssd 😭 like unless you’re running Linux, windows 7, or like OS X el cap you cannot use a hard drive as your boot drive without a ton of problems. Like they should sell it as a 120gb ssd + 1tb hdd for just 20$ more.
This PC with a 500GB SSD as opposed to a Hard Drive would not be a bad system for $300. The Ryzen APUs are surprisingly capable for integrated GPUs
the fact that you can buy a vr head set and run minecraft with no lag is insane
1. Just relode windows on every prebilt if it has even 1 peace of softwear from the people that built it
2. Windows 11 is desined for an SSD

I just ordered a refurbished Dell OptiPlex SFF for £150, It comes with Windows 10 Pro, an i7 4770 and a SSD.. I just have to add a graphics card and HDD storage, and it's good to go
I already have a gaming rig, but m8 does it use the juice, I will save the cost of this conversion just on the first year electric usage by using it for lower end/mid-requirement usage, something everyone should consider when building a pc these days.
