Of course. And I think we can all agree that Trains Formers is better than All Engines Go and Trains Formers: Reborn is the real 2D reboot that Thomas deserves. While Trains Formers may be as unrealistic if not more than All Engines Go, at least it is way more fun, has a lot more creativity, and is a childhood memory.

Why do I see this happening with Thomas from Sodor Dark Realm?
I have an idea to improve this. Have Thomas running from the demon spawn on sodor passing several engines with shocked expressions passing several notable locations like elsbridge wellsworth and the suspension bridge. It would look way better than a just a black screen (sprites and stay the same)
I wanted to do that, but I had a lot of trouble animating a moving track, let alone a full scene
