Ahren and Joel’s screams together are soo good. 2:37 “is there death is his GRIP” is an example. Spot on.

The Clean Vocals always take me back to 2014. His voice is just so unique in metalcore. Gives me the feeling of being on a bus to school and listening to the "Let the Ocean take me" Album. Good times.
As a fan of the last two records as well as the older records, this is making me happy.
Beyond the Blue and this track are a step back in the right direction.
Taking it back to Chasing Ghosts album!!! Reminds me of The Weigh Down, My Father’s Son, etc. This band deserves more recognition than what they receive.

I saw them play this song live in Brisbane at a festival yesterday and it went fucking HARD live. It was an absolute banger of a set.
I saw them last night and they killed it, they played this one and I can confirm that it sounds brilliant live.

The subtle cocking of the gun during the very brief silence between the verses and chorus is next level man. Wow.

Been listing to TAA for awhile but the only problem I do have is that their songs can out grow you. Their songs have always touched on heavy subjects and can be a bit edgy at times. 2015 me would definitely eat all of their songs but current me is a bit more mature and has grown out of it a bit.
It’s not always about deep meaning. If a song has a good melody, it’s a song you can like. Subjectively. You shouldn’t lose what you like.

Joel (the heavy vocalist) says that being by the water calms him and he just writes about what he knows so that's probably why
@@ryangraham7258 that makes sense. I’m similar as being in the ocean (scuba diving) is the most relaxed I ever am. But I also don’t know anything about his mental health issues he’s discussed since it’s not my place but I understand the water being calming
