Hi Mihlali I don't know if you know this but , The gloves that you're using has that orange tag ( it's from a brand named: Clean logic) that orange indicator changes colour to let you know that it's time to buy new gloves..I don't have their gloves but I bought their exfoliating net that I use. 🎉❤

Love the vid! Back acne, "bacne", is usually caused by a bacteria / fungi from your hair! I used to struggle with it too, until my dermatologist prescribed a medicated shampoo (keto-plus shampoo) for use twice a week and eventually I stopped having the breakouts on my back & chest :) hope this helps!

Medication shampoo is great, but a more simple approach would be washing your hair before your body and really taking your time to wash and scrub your back on those hair-wash days. I've struggled with bacne my whole adult life, and this really changed it for me. I also sweat a lot, so it is very important for me to shower just before and after bed in the summertime.
And also, CLEAN and CHANGE your PJs just as regularly as your pillowcases.

Scary how I use exact same down to the flavours. The Lux Black Orcard is literally your perfume before perfume. U just smell yummy. Dr. TEAL Epsom Salt bath salts too and satin skin foam bath. Recently got into the Cera Ve body lotion after getting an eczema outbreak out of the blue. Its amazing.

With the bath salts and foam baths be careful not to use it regularly as it could potentially change your Ph levels and increase chances of a yeast infection . Once a week should be fine . ❤❤
