Some tips to do: Keep hold W to run, don't use other move like A S D, they just walking. You can side dash too, just hold A or D then click Q to side dash (Must enable shift lock). Hold F to block the attack. (Or you can read description of the game instead)
Combo for beginner: Do 3 M1 (Click left mouse 3 time. Don't do 4 M1 because it will make the opponent go far away and easily escape with dashes). Then click 3 (Shove) Then forward dash (hold W and click Q) Do 3 M1 again then click 2 (Consecutive punches) Then 4 (Uppercut) Forward dash again then do 3 M1 then hold space bar then do 1 M1 (I recommended you after doing the uppercut, keep holding spacebar then do 4 M1 during hold spacebar, it can make opponent fly then fall down) After do mini uppercut part, click 1 (Normal punch) to finish the opponent.

Tip : It is highly recommended to use hero hunter if you're a starter in the game and later on, you can use other characters. But mostly it depends on you. Make sure to use the side dash and foward dash controls to your advantage.

tip use other charcters and make ur ownn combos and u can do a downslam by punching 3 times then jump and press punch while in the air to do uppercut hold jump while u punching home these helps!

Here is a nice The Strongest Hero combo:
“Forward dash, 3 punches, jump and punch to do a down slam, after the down slam, press 4 (Uppercut), wait for the opponent to land and then Forward dash, 3 punches, press 2 (Consecutive punches) then press 1 (Normal punch)”
Here is a hero hunter combo:
“Forward dash, 3 punches, press 1 (Flowing water), then side dash (Hold D or A depending on where ur enemy landed and dash to do a side dash), press 3 after the side dash (Hunter’s grasp), Forward dash, 3 punches, press 2 (Lethal Whirlwind Steam)”

keep shiftlock on too, is impossible to fight without it, also combo for saitama (is kinda hard tho) 3m1, dropkick, consecutive punches
jump and click m1 (saitama tech) which will dropkick then uppercut, then dash, 3m1 then shove, then 3m1 then normal punch
how to dropkick
(3m1 needs to be done first then jump wait a lil bit then m1)
