As much as I'd like to call Guardiola a "chequebook manager", deep down I acknowledge that he's the best manager and coach in the world as no player improves as much as they do under Pep compared to other managers who don't coach the way Pep does.

How are you going to talk to me about celebrating europa conference when you got relegated and Everton stayed up. You may of won a prem but you have fallen off a cliff
