Aw she is so lovely in this interview! She obviously had chemistry, and liked Karen, nice to see that. Never thought of her as this chatty. Also LOVE that she pointed out how far she came, and that she comes from a working class family. So cool she appreciates her every Vogue cover, and all the amazing things she got to do in her life. She was driven to school in a Porshe every day- it's well documented. Hence the name 'Posh'. That would probably be where it came from. She doesn't know anything about coming from nothing.

@@starlicense Glad you corrected that misleading post. She does speak slightly differently from the 1990s. That's what happens to some British people who've lived abroad. They accentuate their speak to be clearly understood. Bi-lingual or Dia-lingual is how language experts describe this.

Funny, I've only ever seen photos of V & thought, probably like alot of ppl, that she was stuck up & serious, but she is actually a LOVELY, HUMBLE, INSPIRATIONAL WOMAN. Lasttime I judge, based just on photos in magazines!! WOMAN POWER!

Joanna Weir agree!, All those people who think she doesn't work hard... 1. She could have played trophy wife of rich footballer stay at home, enjoy her privilege like 90% of people would have done ... 2. Yet she pursued her passion in fashion, while everybody in the industry made fun of her when she started, yet within 10 year her brand is competing with 100-year-old fashion houses. (I know for fact her brand was highest selling brand in fashion showrooms, all fashion buyers wanted to buy her brand) 3. her business have turnover millions of dollars, contributing back to the society by Paying millions in a TAX, I want to be impactful like her 1 day, still do in style (still maintaining strong relationship with husband who millions of women want ro grab from her ) that's why I admire her, pulling this her off isn't easy,

I love Victoria, I really do but it's hard to take advice for working mothers from anyone that has a team of people around them and doesn't have to worry about money, ever.

Agreed but admirable that she didn't sit on her laurels after spice girl money and do nothing. She was then able to afford to start at the top with her fashion business and used her business sense to sustain it whilst prioritising family. Pretty good position to be in. She is very fortunate and I think she knows that. Is it relatable to the average working mum? No. But good on her for working hard, creating a brand, employing people etc.
In order to even have the millions she has, you need to hustle. She worked hard to earn those millions. Then maintaining it is a whole other thing. Everyone has their struggle. Running multiple businesses, always being in the public eye, investing so much time & effort, so many people working under you. Theres a lot to consider. Just because you are established & have money now, does not mean itll be around forever. If you arent careful, if you splurge, trust the wrong people, invest incorrectly or dont value what you have, youll lose it all. You cannot be lazy for a second. They work way more than you know. Not to say that others dont but we are so quick to judge successful people or be bitter. They are working. She didnt always have what she did. Some people have more luck than others, too but that doesnt mean people are working any less.

I don’t have an interest in VB as a designer, she’ll always be Posh Spice to me. But I find myself watching these ‘design’ based interview and understand her passion. You can tell by the way she speaks that she’s clearly involved. Maybe not as involved as a ‘start out’ but even so it’s her design label.

I wonder if it’s because she has four young children and a busy but present husband who all love and respect her, but probably rely on her for continuous guidance. Many business people, public speakers, politicians, use the opening “you know” or “now look” to get the audience 100% attention.

There are CONSTANTLY rumours of him cheating on her or them being about to break up, going back to Rebecca Loos in 2003 and most recently the rumours this summer that they were about to split. I'm not saying any of these rumours or allegations are true but they definitely haven't escaped the same rumours and scandal that every other celebrity couple faces
Rumour has it in the UK he cheats quite alot...but then its just rumour. I think Victoria works very hard at their image and she works very hard not exposing and "dealing" with the fallout when he does. With Rebecca Loos he 100% did sleep with her. Victoria knew about it before it came out in the press.

@@randomdwellings6898 people think it because they do get it easier in general. The majority of working mums are expected to carry the family and work, make dinners, laundry, school stuff etc etc.. The children call on the mum for everything and unless it is pointed out and rectified that doesn't change. Unless the dad in the relationship is exceptional he will work and come home, but it's the female that does the home making after work.
This doesn't really mean Victoria Beckham can be brought into a discussion on fairness in the home, she has a million people doing her jobs for her everyday and nannies coming out of her ears. In general in every house I've observed where there's a wife, regardless of whether she works or not men either forget they live there or don't muck in as a team.
Maybe it's a generational thing. Maybe you are a millennial and will turn things around for worn out working mums.
