He is not arrogant. You have to understand thin line of difference. As an internal auditor his skill is identification of problems and giving solutions. Implementation of solutions can be better done by MBA s. Ok you can't ask a dog to do donkeys work and vice-versa. Don't ask who is dog who is donkey. 😂
