One thing that gets me call backs is that some units have another little drain catch located directly behind against the wall. When they've neglected their ac for too long then dirt and mold build up there and clog that drain too and it never stops leaking unless I take the unit off the wall to get to it.
I've never seen anyone clean the coils and drip tray at the rear. They get more filthy and clogged up than the ones in front. Did you clean the coils at the rear?

Just lift the evaporator coil a little (as I just mentioned how to), it is safer and a lot easier to do this with another person (on an additional ladder) than yourself, just don't touch the fins.

rubbish video.. on how you can screw up your aircon cleaning. Go read up on bar and flow rate.. you have non of these in your cleaning. You gun is perhaps good for plant watering 1m away
