I was subject of fraud inside Vista Cana by buying in pre- construction. Vista Cana is denying to listen to me even though the developer is damaging their brand.
I invested almost $200 thousand dollars of my pension and they permited the developer to make a mortgage against the property that they were supposed to deliver to me. Unbelievable. Be really careful to whom you give your money. I have flown to DR several times, but no one’s face me. I have decided instead to go to NY district attorney, because at this time, I don’t have neither a pension neither a property. Meanwhile they have my money, the money from the bank and also the properties.

It’s Constructora María Polanco Jiménez, S.R.L. They made a mortgage against the property due for delivery to me. In the mortgage contract, Vista Cana and the developer swear under oath to the bank that they do not know of any prior business transaction involving this property, even though Vista Cana is aware that it was constructed with my money. Wow
