- This is a walkthrough of how to get 100% of the collectible items in the Festival Square section in LEGO City Undercover (Wii U). This was done in a single continuous run to show exactly where everything is. It is highly recommended that you have the super color gun and unlimited dynamite turned on while doing the overworld exploration.

The area of LEGO City is called Festival Square. The helipad itself was on top of the Mercy Hearts Hospital.
And the helipad on the hospital was built during story mode, FYI.

In this video (Festival Square) skip ahead to 28:06 and you will see the Natalia Kowalski character token (not disguised) in the boarded up fire door on the roof of the Mercy Hearts Hospital.

In the final special assignment "Fly Me to the Moon" you can get a Rex Fury character token during the falling sequence (near the end). Once you get that character token you need to do to the police station and buy rex from Ellie's desk in the basement (left side booth). Once you buy Rex for 1,000,000 studs you can go to a disguise booth and change your robber character to Rex Fury.

That's tough because there are so many great ones. Just by their still animations I got a pretty good laugh from the Mime and Vampire, but there are so many great ones that I can't really pick a favorite. I think they did a great job with the various characters in this game.
I was actually surprised you had to play all 9 basketball games. I figured painting the 3 would get you the token and doing all 9 would yield the super brick. Anyway, I'm glad the video helped and thanks for the comment.

My son's fifth mii has surfer in game 1, Soccer player in game 2, coastguard in game 3, Karate Guy in game 4 and in every game he has Chase Undercover, Bandit, Barney Greenschist, Ben sharples, Farmer Bales, Brad Hoggle and Bobby Hammer.
