1. It made us realize that be cool Scooby doo wasn't that bad.

Honestly they made some good points about the show, though, yes, the show is miles better than this one... But they were still right. Like, Harley quinn is like Velma as a self insert, but instead it's all of the villains and superheroes, as inverted personalities, like completely different than what people know, which sometimes is good but it is NOT a good story, maybe an okay comedy
Scrappy Doo was able to redeem himself by taking out Mindy Kaling’s self-insert, RIP the true hero of this show.

Ah the irony. In trying to make Fred the unlikable comic relief, it backfired, and he became the best character.
Fun Fact: Season 2 is ACTUALLY just Season 1 but split into 2 parts and Warner Bros ACTED like it was Season 2!
I'm praying that they cancelled this show so that Scrappy killing Velma would fully redeem him and actually kill off the show!
In a better Scooby Doo show, Fred and Velma as step siblings could make for a nice character study, giving them a chance to see new sides to each other.
Maybe Velma has a secret obsession with soap operas she watches on school nights, or maybe Fred reads books about applied physics to master his trap building.
And Daphne and Norville, or Shaggy, are pretty close friends with each other. Daphne being a pretty girl who is obsessed with ghost catching and Shaggy try to convince her that it's too dangerous.
No that would cut into the sarcastic comedy time. We don’t need to care about the characters, we just want to mash their faces together like Barbie dolls
The animators backs must hurt from carrying the whole show, I feel bad for all the hard work they had to put into this because they deserve better

My favorite thing about the brain sequences is that both Velma's and Daphne's started with an empty brainscape, but Daphne's became populated when she had a thought while Velma's remained blank the entire time. Velma literally had no thoughts. Head empty.
