Good to see, but I don’t think some of these street vendors use good, fresh ingredients. Like the sausage used in fried rice, re-using old plastic bottles to store sauces, very unhealthy.
You're applying Western sanitation standards to Eastern street vendor food. If they're not putting people in hospitals for food poisoning, who cares? Want some Pepto-Bismol?
