3.25/3.5-16 motorcycle tubes are also the equivalent to the 20x4 bicycle tube, but thicker and more durable.

I'm 5'8" 140 Pounds and do it by hand many times dry with no lube. The best thing to get leverage so the power you put in does not go to waste. The platform he had is a great tool. He is 100% right about people doing it wrong and getting rim damage or damaging the tube in the process. Love this shop!

Isn’t it not necessary to have rim strip tape fat tire liner as tube cushion protection to avoid puncture from spokes? 🤔 Some have used masking tape.
Ohhhh Snap 🫰 you know your stuff… it is important to protect the tube… anything you put in there is good but you just don’t want it to overlap… that’s the most important step… the overlapping could cause more harm especially long term… V does have a solution and I hope to include it on the next tire mounting video…. 🙌🙏🙌 Timing was perfect actually lol 😝

Hello! do you have a good recommendation for which type of inner tube to use? Is there a certain brand/model of inner tube that is higher quality than the normal stuff that comes from most ebike factories?
If your are using a SHINKO or a MICHELIN then you're good to go with even an inner tube sold on amazon... 💯

What happens to the soapy windex inside when it is sealed and can not evaporate?
I don't think enough will remain inside to affect balance... It must dry up because I haven't seen any on the tires that have been upgraded or changed due to wear...
Hmm interesting. I was just wondering how it can evaporate in an airtight sealed situation, but if you have later changed the tires and there is nothing there then great.@@mr.e_from_nyc

I did this on my 1000w 48v 40ah Super Nova... I went from 33mph top speed to 26mph. And it's torque fell greatly. My range also went to hell. I seriously do not recommend doing this to your bike
all our bikes are upgraded in voltage Controllers and Motor size... These are highly recommended... 💯

Heavy weight. Less max speed more battery consumption. Less acceleration as well. Especially For the average 25amp controller ebike .

I'm sorry, but this is bad advice. You should partially inflate the tube and install into the tire with dry powder/chalk if needed. All that spray nonsense just makes the inside all wet.
Guaranteed a tire is not going to be fast the battery you are putting on that bike is junk 12 amps is set that's not going to make that bike move that off as you need 25 amps or more how I know this cuz that's what I have on my bike and it is fast as hell I used to have my electric bike it had 15 amps in the pipe with garbage and a 500 watt motor is slow as s***
