Chapter 08 Purchase, Stock Return and Stock History in Aronium Best and Free POS

Many of you have asked questions on Purchase, Stock Return and Stock History . Hope this video will be useful to you.
01 Purchase Documets
To receive purchased items and put them on stock, do the following:
Open document view
Click "Add" button to select document type
From "Expenses" category, select "100 - Purchase" and click "OK"
Document header contains the following fields:
Number
Read-only field, number is automatically assigned
External document
Referenced document number, e.g. supplier's invoice number
Vendor
Supplier, selected from existing clients
Date
Document date
Stock date
Date and time when items where actually added on stock
Adding items to document
From the left side, find a product you wish to add to document and do one of the following:
Select product and click ENTER key
Drag & drop product to a document
Double click on product
Searching products
You can search products by code (SKU), barcode or product name.
02 Stock Return
To return purchased items to supplier and put them out of stock, do the following:
New document form will open in a new tab, allowing you to add items to a document.
Adding items to document
Adding items to document is same procedure as on a purchase document.
You can read how to add items to purchase document at "Purchase document" page.
Open document view
Click "Add" button to select a document type you wish to create
From "Expenses" category, select "120 - Stock return" and click "OK"

hello, if 1 same product got different sale price what to do? means normal customers buy at $10 but membe get $&
If i add 5 pen product at Price @ 5. After few months i purchase 10 pen product at Price @4. After sales first 5 pen. In product menu last purchase price will show price 5 or 4?
what price are you gonna put there you didn't teach us. is it how much you purchase it or how much you gonna sell

While importing the product data theough csv file some of the column value is not appearing in product list like price ,Qty and etc

Product expiration feature is not available at the moment. We expect in future updates
Is possible to enable this to be cloud based? I am asking because for example my computer died and I lost all stuff in there. And the expiration dates would very much appreciated.

When I am adding a product to the purchase document the product prices are not displayed, all the fields are empty and I have to type the prices manually ¿Does anyone know why is this happening?
At the time of purchasing you have to enter the buying price in the purchase documents.
I can see when you double clic on the product the "price before tax" and "price" are already in the fields, you just have to type the quantity, in my case I have to enter everything manually :(
Oh. There you have to fill the details in the product while you add or edit. Cheers!

From the same supplier same product but price is differ how to enter the record
You can record as different purchasing but when you sell you have to setups the cost calculation method.

Yes. It is possible. For that you have to change the layout.
And you can use touch screen as well.
