As I am sure you will agree Astrology is the Map of one's lifetime... if it is in your chart it is going to happen. Sometimes we are given a choice sometimes not. The 3 malefic planets ... Pluto the Great Destroyer - Saturn the Karmic Taskmaster - and Mars the Great Warrior - aspected and triggered a Stroke in my Husband - an astrologist saw that and told us it would cause a serious problem with his health and it did. Millions of examples like that if it is a part of your map it is going to happen.

My life is such that it is not allowing me to move forward with a Jupiter Gift... I am restricted by obligations to other people. So I guess it is passing this Taurus rise by???

According to the vedic astrology the Jupiter is still in Taurus 12 yh house .
