@moitp2 agreed, QB is clearly a good player statistically, but he does draw some weird conclusions based on biased equipment choices. I also felt he did some insanely yolo examples to prove his points, things that no-one would do if they were actually trying to win the game.
He shows the ram on the Elc which is fine on Sand River but then just yolos into the obvious TD line on the ridge above east cap and complains that he gets owned after losing his HP because he is now overwhelmed with tanks he did not know were even there prior to said yolo.
@@cardinalmite9183 Dude, he is doing a tank review. He is going to test the new tank and show clips of what the tank can or can't do. That is the point of this video. Of course he is going to try things out and then cherry pick games and situations to highlight them. That's the whole point of the video.
Also i'm convinced a lot of wot players don't understand what vents does, since so many question choosing it over x or y. And saying he is a 'good player statistically' but implying his builds are incorrect and biased.... how is he good statistically if he chooses the 'wrong' things for his builds? Wouldn't him being a successful player imply that he is in fact choosing correctly what works well for him?

@@rantanen1 maybe because having a wrong sets of equipment doesn't impact that much your results. It's the same as having a good player playing a bad tank, he will still outperform the mass.
And all top players understand very well what a vent does. And the bonus it gives is too small compared and has not enough impact compared to what a vstab does to a poor gun for example.
Vents was always a good pick before equipment 2.0 and the release of hp boost, turbo, CVS, etc. Why ? Because all the other options were just terrible. Now we have great alternatives. And having a piece of equipment that boost your crew by 2.5% isn't sufficient enough to justify taking it over a vstab that gives you a massive 25% bonus to your gun handling.
Usually you would not pick a vstab for tanks that have very good gun handling, in that case why not using a vent ? Then you realise that you could just pick a turbo or a hp boost that are also having way more impact.
Like the best light tank players from wot esports are not playing with vents ! And I am talking about tournaments where there is money on the line. They will always pick what's more competitive

Just buy it for Ram damage when you want to yolo.
This tank screams, anti- LT. Fast enough to get top an early location to ambush an LT. good enough camo to not get spotted when it gets there, good enough pen on HE to pen LT armour with great alpha. Enough armour and weight to troll LT guns and to ram them.
Until lights start aiming for your tracks and then your ammo rack detonates

It's very useful to have a tank with the only possible "role" - to troll the lights. No armour, no alpha, no dpm, no accuracy, just 70 km/h to be killed by enemies more fast.
Don't forget that this thing is huge compared to LTs. If both get spotted, this tank will die faster then enemy LT
This should have been the power of the British wheeled medium tanks. Crazy to think a tracked tank is faster than a wheeled tank. WG is just drunk

The way this outclasses the poor Tech tree tier 8 for a SECOND TIME and no buff is the REALLY wild thing.

Cs-53 was the worst tier 8 i've ever played . Even pre-buff version of t34-2 was better

TLDR = a Tier 8 version of CS-63 with the exact same playstyle. Good for skilled players but not the best pick for normal people (also like CS-63).
Oh and, apparently WG flavor says this thing is "identical" to CS-52 LIS. Please do not fall for that claim.

mostly if wargaming sell a tank for gold unless its during the christmas sales its teriblle so yeah you will be saving your gold for half a year
To address the ammo rack problem, run the Survival Improvement Suite T3 (Experimental Hardening) and get +100% internal module durability, along with your +9% hit points etc.
I feel like this tank sacrifices WAYYY to much just to be fast. I mean at this point why not just play a lt 432 which is just as fast, has a good gun, and stupid armor for a lt.
If you compare this with the CS-44, the tier 7 techtree medium, the HE is identical but this one deals 250 instead of 300 damage.
Also, the other parameters make these tanks more similar rather than different, accuracy included!
On Lesta server they made tier 8 and 9 techtree CSs have turbo mode

@@kosztypatrik7028 Yeah, Like I get why the Lis does not have a turbo mode, it's already a good tank, but the the cs 53 and cs 59 to not have the turbo mode and only the cs 63, kinda sucks to get the gimmick only at tier 10. 😟

So they put a new light tank in the game, called it a medium, and added a gimmick engine that's about the equivalent of the sucker bet in black jack. 👍
I like that WG are releasing tanks into the client that have weak spots. This helps players not remember every blooming detail and can use standard rounds to actually pen flatter surfaces.
It is nice to have new tanks available for gold.

Is this tank good for raming?
Will, try to play lighter armoured tanks not so aggressively. If you dont have the alpha or DPM to be a top rushing tank, then look to keep your tank hidden. Use your speed to relocate and create new flanks.
Its harder to get 10k rounds with this play style but you don’t have the armour or fire power to pressure a point.
Looks like the tank has been buffed since the video went live. Changes in DPM and gun handling.

Probably has something to do with the bugs such as the one with the Char 75 that stopped the burst when changing drive modes. The tank changes stats when the drive mode is changed so this is my bet: to avoid bugs
I'm trying to find something good about it, but to be honest, it just looks like a degraded version of KPZ70. Turbo mode is supposed to be the most attractive feature, but the fact that it's slower than the KPZ70 means that this tank doesn't have any strengths. As for HE, the kpz70 has a penetration power of 90, so it will definitely have a higher DPM than this tank. Above all, WG's biggest mistake was to misrepresent the turret armor as 260.

Unfortunately this thing has paper turret armour. I mean it will hold up against light tanks that use HE, but aside from that everything will go through. According to Tanks GG, Turret armour is like 150 mm at best if you go hull-down. 150 is not enough even for tier 6, let alone tier 8 or 9 or 10 it will be facing. So it is not like you can rush certain areas fast & then "hold your ground". Best you can do is to try to chase all of those light tanks, but again - not on every map. In most maps you will get destroyed. Only scenario I can think of is maybe Mines where you rush the middle hill... but if you do this alone & enemy has like at least 2 light tanks you get destroyed too.
I think this was suppose to be active/passive LT/MT hybrid spotter that switches modes, but in reality it will probably be mediocre at both of those roles instead of being good at one of them. It is good that it is not OP though. Also... why you would want this tank if LT-432/Bourrasque/ELC EVEN 90 do exist ? It is a waste of gold imho.
They should make the time it takes to enter and exit the turbine mode dependant on the speed which it moves at.

yes they DID change the price , I had 7950gold 3-4 days ago and now it's 8250g=30€ . It should about 20€ in gold (about 5600gold) for an underpowered tank.

Why this one isn't the tech tree tier VIII is beyond me. Not so good, not so bad and has gimmick from tier X. Perfect candidate imho and the premium spot is taken by the Lis which is just better tank so we dont really need 52C premium

TBH, after played this tank for more than a year(yes, CN server sold it a year ago) I can say this is a below average tank, and this is probably why WG sell it for gold. You don’t have armour and gun handling to support a aggressive play, but then you get this ‘nice’ turbo telling you to rush for some key spot on the map. I was begging for spotting assistance to get decent game and three marks for this tank, a huge ‘NO’ for me.

It looks like a worse Mutz outside of the turbo mode. Also, Mutz has less alpha on HE but just go and check how much pen it has. Not saying it's a good good tank, but it's a fun borat hunter.
The aim of the CS52C displayed in his garage is displayed as 0.33, but even with the equipment and skills, it will never reach that number. how did he accomplish that?；；

Nah, you can't really play this tank as a light tank, mostly because of the reduced camo in the speed mode, at least not as an active scout. Passive scouting like on Prokhorovka might work tho.

I stay with my cs lis, 1,5 moneymaking ratio compare to 2,2 and god that turret armor feels like this AP AMX 30 that has 65 km/h like kpz

Does smoke come out of the exhaust vents in the shape of a large "shoot here" arrow ?
engine is in overdrive so its louder / maybe the exhaust would put out a bit more smoke? WoT isnt very realistic anyway lol.
I mean the game has low noise exhaust system which increases your concealment, so logically you could argue the 'turbo mode' makes your engine louder, thus reducing your concealment.
This tank will be much better with better equipment. Exp mobility, bond vents, and bond rammer will put this in a different league.

This is a light tank killer
Not the tank/playstyle for me, so it's a pass, but I would like to see this perhaps be a start of less lootbox tanks also. It's been way to crazy lately, and WG has missed out on sales (to me, ymmv) with the gambling boxes.
If you have a LIS this dosnt seem worth getting. HOWEVER, if they just make this permanently available in game for gold, that would be nice

I avoid using food as it has a very high chance of burn in frontal hits, I've died 3 times because of it.

medium/TD/LT. all this 3 need penetration and reload time and accuracy. everything else is garbage. if you can't penetrate your shots and spend lots of seconds trying to aim for the weakspot while the enemy is moving, that translates to garbage DPM and generally everything. i'd rather have 300 alpha at 270 pen and 14 seconds reload , instead of 500 alpha at 190-200 pen for example. so basically this tank is just more garbage added for us to spend money on.
Still a better tank than his tech tree counterpart, mostly. The CS-53 is a bad tank that i enjoyed, playing it more like a sniper, it was sometimes capable. I think this one has potential for 50%+ players
My opinion on the CS-52 C as long is not as annoying as the Bourrasque, Progetto 46 and not heavily armored like the Iron Arnie this tank is .... I give it a somewhat a decent tank to play (And I don't need to added it on my list)
This tank is similar to a T-44 medium tank so it's not gonna be great
T-44 is a very underated tank but with these many premium medium tanks is like tech tree tanks are only there to be punching bags which is quite sad honestly -︵-
I alwasy liked the t44 good mobility, ok armor, ok alpha dmg, good dmp, meee Penn and a great gun handeling. Even got the t44-100 in the Marathon basically the same tank with side skirts and a tiny bit better ground resistance because of a weaker engine soo nothing really gained
As sayed the buffed Penn of 190mm on the ap is often too low but you cann get enough ammo even in one setup so just take 50/50 ap and apcr 😅

I don't target Alpine Tiger, T34, IS-5, IS-6, KV-5, Patriot, Panther 8.8, those tanks are almost a forgotten relic people don't find it too useful (unless is for personal reason 💀)
I only targeted broken OP premium tanks like BZ-176, Skoda T-56, Tornvagn, Obj 252U, Bourrasque Progetto 46, Vipera those types of tanks ... (To help outdated premium tanks to increase their win rate)
In other words. If it's not an OP tank, it's not worth it.. haha got it

this thing cant snipe or aim, the armor is useless, the speed shoves it in danger, the dpm is meh, so all you can do is rush to someones aid

I am not interested in this tank at all, now CS-59 with Turbo I am more excited and want that more then anything (including the CS-63), tier 9 with awesome gun handling, great DPM and now at 70 Kmph might be my new favourite tier 9 medium trumping my old favourite Obj 430.
High damage on he but pen is so poor that it will make no difference 99% of the time. Even light tanks have 50mm to 60mm effective armor thanks to traks and angle of armor. All you will pen is scorpions and borsig turrets or maybe a dead flat side of a light tank.
Wargaming are just saturating players with these tank release, it comes to a point where no one cares. My passion for this game has completely died, it's always fun to follow what is going on though, it's almost like watching a comedy show now the game clearly needs an overhaul. I play tha CS 52 LIS very much and think, it is better. It has great way better armor, a way better gun and is for an averyge player like me fast enough.
Tire 8 mm is already 80% premium tank and 20% non premium. Why do we need another premium tank ffs

has a fan of the look the tech tree CS-53 has with the stock turret (I actually still play with it due to lower profile), this was a massive upgrade for me to the point that I retrained the crew just for concealment
