Was dealing with issues using it too, figured out the target not only needs to be locked on but also needs to be aggro towards you, maybe a patch but it only rains down on yourself otherwise. Even when you're locked on. I think its to prevent cheesing.
Oh just hold the back L2 and R1 to fire normal arrows or R2 for special arrows and make sure the arrows match the bow you use. Not sure if you use a keyboard tho but it should be the same for xbox and ps controllers bro
@@atichatsai01 what i did was changing all my equiped arrow into giant arrow. Then use your skill normally, after you are sitting down in ready stand, left mouse to execute.
@@atichatsai01 the mapping for keyboard and mouse is shit. You will literally need to remap your weapon skill button to something that isn't shift+right click to get it to work. It's the same for all bow skills
@@atichatsai01 hold the skill button and press normal attack to fire arrow in slot 1 and heavy attack for arrow in slot 2 also make sure you got greatarrow in one of the slot
@@SirrahTBT There is a Radahn's Rain ash of war you can pick up next to Caelid's minor Erdtree, you can equip that on a normal bow and it works, just deals less damage.
I can't figure out how to get it to work. Like I can't even use the Radahns Rain

How do you get range with radahns rain skill? I'm on ps5. All it does is rain arrows on me. Very frustrating

I couldn't use it as well. Sadly I'm using keyboard annd we'll never know how.

Mine just shoots up in the air back down on me. It won’t go forward
You have to lock onto a target and be in range then fire. And u can the find the range of the bow in weapon stats

You would need any kind of great arrows for the great bow and to equip them on the top 2 ammo slots.
