its actually just a TAPAS, aka appetizer. So any salpicao worth 350 pesos or more in your Spanish/European restos is just criminal, though better inspect the serving portions

Yong ibang npanood ko n beef salpicao ay may oyster sauce at perrin sauce instead of ordinary sauce. Pro mhal ang perrin sauce kya ok dn pla ordinary sauce. Version mo yan so ako nman ay kumukuha lng ng iba't ibang tips sa pgluluto. Tenks for the recipe.
Just a tip po .. Use Maris piper for mash potatoes and add a bit of English mustard . Also , warm the milk . Mas malinamnam po.

I was about to watch the same recipe from a YT show featuring a celeb mom cook like you with sisters with characters (pare-pareho lang naman sila actually at ayokong mag-name drop hahaha!). But i switched to yours agad-agad when i saw yours below. Why? Kasi mas simple, mura, madali, WALANG KAARTE-ARTE. at walang eklat sa buhay. Pang masa talaga kumbaga.

Coyrama Hi. I suggest you buy a good quality steak that’s reasonable and not too pricey. Rib eye is tender. Tenderloin is also a good option. Beef that needs to boil till tender are cuts like tendon, beef cubes etc. But if you use STEAK no need to boil. Donot also over cook it. Medium-medium well is good.

Larry Nopre rib eye or tenderloin for best results. It depends if well done at least 4-5mins. If medium 2mins is fine.
