Anova Oven

This video describe what you can do with an Anova Oven and how to use it. For most foods, this oven has replaced my kitchen oven. Rewarmed meats are no longer dry, heating frozen casserole come out perfect, reheating leftovers like Chinese food in the containers are perfectly warmed without having to stir them. If you bake your own bread, this oven is invaluable for adding humidity for the perfect rise. Obviously, I love this oven and use it almost every day.

Strange vid. That’s an old model APO (black gasket at base and bad tank).
Anova will replace that tank for free. Worth doing before it starts to crack.

Why do you think the video is strange?? This is on older model APO. I have had it almost 2 years, but, so far, have had no problems with it. Since my water tank hasn't cracked, I wonder if Anova will still replace it.
