Parkway is so fucking good live. Sometimes and unfortunately you can't fall in love with parts of songs and expect to hear it back live, not with Parkway, you CAN guarantee that your favorite part of their songs will be delivered live

It's not about the technicality, it's their ability to make the riffs so timeless and catchy. So far I haven't heard a band that can replicate this aspect.

2022 and saw them live on New years. Absolutely fucking insane. First time ever seeing a metal band live and it was at my first metal festival let-alone festival! I just don't see anything topping them!
I guess each will have their opinion. It's apparent he and the rest of the band are doing something right since the band has been around for a decade and had amazing success.

saw these guys in april and i will say that this is beyond the best band iv ever seen live. iv been to warp tour even in 2002, saw maiden, saw madball, saw minor threat, saw slayer, saw the devil wears prada, saw alexisonfire and it keeps going.... these guys are beyond the best band iv seen live.

Without being a fanboy I can say (I've seen them live for like 4 times or so) that they create one of the best atmospheres ever in a metal liveshow. It's peaceful, powerful and really emotional. A quite similar feeling is made by STYG. 60% it's the crowd for sure! :)

I love slipknot but parkway doesn't sound like slipknot at all. Slipknot is the best nu-metal bands (one of the only good ones) and Parkway is the best metalcore band period

People even dares to complain about Winston live from watching multiple youtube videos? That's sad because I can honestly say that Winston is a BEAST live no doubt.. Seen them three times, my fourth coming up in two months.
Stop putting up bullshit talk before you even seem them live. One of the best bands I've seen live among bands like Maiden.
This guy speaks the truth. I love Parkway Drive, they're my favorite band and Winston inspires me a lot as a vocalist and as a song writer but he can't sustain his own vocals live. I have seen them 4 times or so and each has been the same. In the end it doesn't even matter because they are a great and fun band to see live and always kill it.

Nothing wrong with praising their guitarists. They're great. I'm also a guitarist and just because it's not progressive technical metal doesn't mean they aren't great guitarists in their own right. I can play any of their music with ease but i can still recognize their talents. There's more to being a good guitarist than hitting the right note. I'd like to see you do what they do.
