Da war ich auch dabei, schließlich bin ich ein waschechter Burglengenfelder :-) Es war schön und für mich lange Zeit unvergesslich :-) Kaum zu glauben das dies im Juli ( 26.-27-07. ) schon 30 Jahre wird. Damals war ich 20....
Ein absolut sensationelles Zeitdokument. Bravo Biermösl Blosn, bravo Stoffei Wöll, du Multiinstrumentalist!

Let me try to tell you something: these guys are great musicians, especially the guy playing the bagpipe. He studied the trumpet, was a solo-trumpeter in one of the most renowned German orchestras. Also, he played the harp in that same orchestra a few years later. You cannot deny his skill.
However, this is not the greatest music of all time, I agree with you on that. But it's because the Biermösl Blosn are cabaret artists. If you understood the lyrics, you would know what I mean.

Do you ever hear from „sarcasm“ or „irony“?! I bet with you, that you have not understand one word in this song, i'm right? If you hate the instruments, it's your problem, but the theme of this song is great!

Yeah wow. So what's your point? Oh, there is none, just showing off with random comparisons which do not apply here. The intention of this "song" is not to be music. So you can hardly blame it for being bad music.
However, what aroused my most about your posts was all the generalizing. That's never a good thing to do, honestly.
I don't really care about you hating, just don't lump together ALL bavarians or say THEY hate music. Cause that's a lie. Anything else is just, like, your opinion, man...
You can't compare Mozart or Schönberg to musical cabaret. That's not fair for either of them.

One last thing: Lederhosen may look gay in this video, but that's because they're meant to. The song is about the loss of bavarian culture, and by ridiculing even traditional clothing, underline it. It's part of their performance, they actually all got a wife and children, so they're pretty straight.
