Dale, see message below. I finally figured out that my pump only filters when set to the X setting which is supposed to be off. Does this make any difference - will it damage the pump or was the handle on my pump installed wrong. Please let me know. I see you have surpassed your 1000 viewers.
I would like to know what setting you keep the pump running at to open the strainer basket and empty it? Also, how do you check the filter to see what level your sand is at and if it needs more?

I can't get water to run though my brand new pump. Appears to be the same model, I followed all the steps (I think) but no water flows when I set to Filter and turn pump on. What could I be missing?
Product is easy to install and kept the pool warmer than it had usually been. Extended the use of the pool by a month or so. Great value!
Going outside in the next couple of minutes to setup our pump with your excellent guide - first time I'm ever starting up a pump, never done it, never had a pool before! 😋
So what you are saying is that I’ve been rinsing my sand filter for a week.
My therapist says I should tell people more how I feel then I usually do. I guess . I never comment on anything because I think it’s lame but i guess I Midas we’ll do it too !

This was great! I understand that they sell internationally and so pictures may be best but I like more detailed instructions. Also, there was not skimmer for my pool. I assume that is why there are to ports marker B. I hope someone can respond quickly - hot days ahead! Thanks so much, Dale, for taking the time to make this video
