Hi, we do not allow bracket order / cover order in options but you can select limit as an order type as per there requirement. Further, options trading is blocked because when you select bracket as an order type in options, the stop-loss order is a market order, as per SEBI regulations, SLM is not allowed in options.

There is no additional cost using webhook.
In order to use webhook, you should have the paid subscription for the trading view.
