There's another guy from Canada by the name of Regan Grimes, an IFBB pro competeing in the Olympia this year. You won't find a more humble and decent individual in this sport. Its the Canadian in him.
He is huge, but in a shirt his body looks very athletic and aesthetic. Thats what seperates premium genetics from average genetics. It aint about just being big, the proportions gotta look good.

If Phil comes in less bloated he has no chance. Brandon is a good dude, he's humble and hard-working but let us not forget the circumstances under which he won in 2019. No Phil Heath, the reigning champion Shawn Rhoden wasn't allowed to defend, Big Ramy didn't qualify, Dexter is on the decline, he can be top 5 but we all know he isn't winning it. Dennis Wolfe and Kai Greene are retired and haven't competed in years. Roelly was there but he was off. All the guys that were placing in front of him were either off or nowhere to be found so who was left to stop him? He is a default champion. Sorry to say that

Thank you for showing ous your daily routine. Delicious food, got suprised how much calories. Ended up being 3000 calories wich is alot, but not uncommon from what i seen. Is this diet recomended to somone who is not bodybuilder?

His volume is so low, I can barely hear him with my volume turned up all the way but the music is tremendously louder than the speaking. Next time they need some better audio equipment.
