This is actually a good concept since victoria 2 can actually better show off all aspects of world war 2 including the economic factor
Yeah… HOI4 really lacks any form of economic depth.
And also the genocide factor
The problem is that in terms of naval and air complexity, Victoria 2 is clearly the inferior game. Really, you'd need some sort of hybrid, or paradox could actually make victoria 3 and actually focus on the part of the game that includes ww1 and the years afterwards.

@@rovsea-3761 what I would want most is being able to deploy new divisions along frontlines, and mobilized units dispersing better. Protecting borders is tedious in Vic2.

i thought about this too, imagine getting to fight the russian civil war and have your faction take control (anarchists, fascists, communists) and then getting to interact in the world and whatnot. such a cool idea that paradox isnt' gonna use.

@@awijaya2116 fair point the soviets did attack much of the middle class so doctor and lawyers were killed/fled as well as aristocrats. but they estimate 19% in rural areas which I wouldn't have thought this would account for but the revolution + civil war probably killed enough to make up for it.

So the literacy rate at the beginning is accurate to a degree,but by the late 1930s it became way higher

Vic2 has some good economic complexities, while HOI4 is supply mechanisms. Combining these two in one game is going to be great. Under circumstances, it's going to be much laggy in terms of taking long for your conmputer to calculate the quantities produced and needed, to get people what they need, to get in return of much quantities produced and needed, repeatingly and growing.
