My weight is 64kgs which point i need to adjust 2 or 3 or 4?

First set it to 3steps and check if you feel comfortable than it's fine and if you not comfortable then switch it to 2 step adjustment

What is the factory setting - 5 or 1 ? Factory setting is the hardest one.
