- Sew Fierce is a new competition series showcasing the craft of drag, where designers and costumers compete in weekly challenges to create new looks, hosted by Barbada De Barbades and with design mentor Jaime Lujan aka Lucinda Miu.
Eight of the world’s top drag designers compete to win the first ever drag designer competition and a cash prize of $10,000. Each week the designers will create a look based on a theme, and will then complete a photoshoot to showcase their designs modelled by up-and-coming drag artists.

Wonderful! I'm rooting for Missy, but Benjamin's catsuit!...I really love this show and seeing how much work it takes to get a drag queen on stage. I would have loved to see the outfits on the runway to see how they moved. I can't wait for the rest episode. 😎

A lot of the queens that have a massive following legit do NOTHING themselves-
Its great to see the people behind the imagery
I love how kind and encouraging the the judges are. Also, how they are not placing a bunch of unnecessary constraints on the participants - ie "make something uniquely you, but use chopsticks and snake print". And the models being similar to the builds of the creators. I appreciate showing how reality and skill can still be fun.
As a costumer...this series is so appreciated!

Great show! Needs a runway or a better way to show mooooorreeee details of the design.
Hard to see the intricate details which me them so special.
Example: we needed a close up of the bob-wire tiara. The whole outfit in general had so many hidden gems.

missy needs a drag model to showcase her looks
I have a drag model to showcase my looks. Her name is Charlize Angel and she is the BEST model I could have hoped for! You get to see her wear my red dress in this episode. She also turned out to be almost my exact body double, which is why I was able to model my designs on myself for professional photos later.

only note I have is the editing. It would have been better if they flashed the images of the costumes while they announced the top 3 and bottom 2.

When I lost my best friend, I realized that people never leave us. I would not physically have been able to keep living on this Earth without thinking she is with me 24-7. So, that's just what I chose to believe. For my own mental health, and happiness. I realized that must be how the Universe works. I see signs that she is with me. My sign for my younger nephew that passed away is bumble bees. Whenever I see bumble bees I know I'm on the right path.
So glad they didn't send anyone home the first week. The "bottoms" need to see what the other competitors bring and hear the judges critiques of their work. Good decision!

This show is badly edited. I mean, when the judges were announcing the top three and bottom two, the audience should be reminded of the top and bottom looks. It is not as if we can all remember which designer created which outfit.
