"But and if ye suffer for righteousness' sake, happy are ye: and be not afraid of their terror, neither be troubled" -1 Peter 3:14
Craig's Channel: / thecraig909
TheCraig909 purchased this barge of a truck just a few short months ago and stored it at my place. In this video we're trying to thrash a truck together to make it to Holley Ford Fest! Only problem is this truck has been sitting for 21 years, and man does it show it. Think we can make it on time? Stick around to find out.

What’s the story with the Cordoba. What’s going on with itn
30 second,s in to the video I noticed a police car next to it,why don't you see if you can try to get that one working.
your a pick, you rubbish Ford???? Ford is my religion, hey dip zhit do you know the most successful car of all time is the model T Ford, did you know the most successful race car of all time is the Ford sierra rs Cosworth, did you know the Ford has more race wins than all other manufacturers combined? so why are you laughing after saying Fords , GM needed help from u.s government to survive Ford stood on its own feet, whats the most iconic american car, the Ford mustang, whats the number 1 selling vehicle in America for decades?? Ford F150, whats the number 1 selling pick up in Australia and new Zealand for the past 15 years ? Ford Ranger, what car have i been driving since 2008? a1991 Ford EB Falcon Fairmont, whats under the hood aka bonnet??? a FORD 351 Cleveland thats modified like a beast, ive had it since 2002 with no issues , what v8 sounds better? Ford V8s ,once again your just a smart mouth kunt
I’m going to post a video on the ‘58 Plymouth shortly. This video was just finished beforehand, so please be patient. Thanks everyone!
Lol, Ok will do.
hey Dylan i know where a crew cab International truck is, and its not very far from you
I forgot Alaskan Bush People comes on tonight a new episode
U read my mind cause I was just about to ask about the Fury lol 😎
I know I'm guilty of asking about the Plymouth also but we can't help it Dylan we all love her just like Arnie loved CHRISTINE 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Best truck I ever owned 69 F250 4-speed 2 wheel drive single cab unbelievably dependable but the Wisconsin rust ate it up.
Now I have an 87 F250 460 5 speed 4 wheel drive Locker rear end 8 ft Western Plow 56,000 original miles
I guess I'm officially old. When he said that it had been sitting for 21 years, I was thinking that I didn't know they had window tint like that back then...you know, with 21 years ago being some time in the mid 1970s. Nope. 21 years ago is 2001. Where'd the time go?
I know the feeling, it 21 years ago, you mean 1980s, nope😆
As a young'un the old'uns said time speeds up as your ass starts looking like a melted candle. Now I'm older, by god they were right.
Love the old Ford design. I miss seeing them vs new electronic junk.
360's all magically turn into 390's when they are getting sold! Some even turn into 428 SCJ's! those ones are super special!
In 1964 Dodge sold some trucks with the 426 Wedge rated at 360 horsepower.
@@spaceflight1019 didn’t know that but you could order pretty much anything back then. I’m sure it was closer to 450ish since the later 426 hemisphere were over 500
@@MaxGiganteum I read about this, I think it was on Barn Finds. The stampings on the block will tell you the as-built displacement, IIRC.
That's nuts. I was looking through my video suggestions and I saw what looked like you and Craig found almost identical trucks. I started watching this one first. Low and behold it's the same truck! Back to watching how you two fair on getting it running 😂
This week: Dylan McCool guest-stars in "Johnny Bravo and the Super-Mullet" for another exciting round of name that smell.
It's great to see you and Craig working together. It's great that you let him store the truck there. Love both your channels.
"21 years off the road..."
My brain: so, since the 80s?
Wait, it's 2022.
Frak I'm getting old... lol
They used to call those a Crew Cab way back when. 99.99% of these were stripper level trim because the railroad or power company didn't want fancy.
Back when crew cabs were for crews and not groceries! Interesting enough, the SuperCab option seemed to be targeted more for the family user rather than the crew version! I guess children didn't need legroom in the 70's! 🤣
God I love the early ford's, they just look awesome with the body lines! Awesome find, can't wait to see where u go with this!
Agreed, they don't have the style they used to. So if you've got 1, cherish it👍🏻
@@R.Sole88109 it's not nearly as nice in style, but I LOVE my 03 F150 King cab, I believe it's the last year before the square style appeared
I never thought it would not run again, after all it is a Ford! #1 selling Truck for over 30 years!
Cómo decimos en Argentina, "si es Ford, tiene que arrancar" 👏👏👏
As a fellow Mopar fan, my channel is filled with dodges/plymouth/chryslers! Always got to appreciate the other brands though. This ole Ford truck was really cool to see and enjoyed the video man.
You inspired me to get a project truck and get it running. After a few weekends got my 1986 F150 with the 302 EFI runnin again. Got some more work to do before i feel comfortable driving it around the parking lot (mostly the brakes). Cant wait for the next revival!
Congratulations on getting your truck running.👍🏻
Now you've gave her some attention and 💰
she'll want more😉
Now, THAT was a COOL video! Dylan, you're a heck of a friend. Craig is a cool cat and I'm happy to see you guys doing a "revival" together. Can't wait to see the follow up! God bless.
Looking forward to this build and updates! Exciting collaboration, hanks for keeping it family friendly!
we love the FE engine and have a fe 390 in a 80s tbird and a 482 stroker with turbo in a fairlane
Enjoyed! Thank you Dylan McCool & company.
Soy de Argentina y te encontré por instagram, que gran trabajo!! Quedé alucinando cuando arrancó tan bien!! Sin duda las Ford son una locura! Fierro puro, me encantó el video, sigan así por favor y Dios los bendiga
Always a pleasure to see you do a renovation like this Dylan, and you always keep it classy! That is a beautiful beast of a truck, for sure.
This is a super sweet truck. Great find, great Collab to get it running again. I'm following it on Craig's channel to see how it turned out.
If I could work on trucks, I would totally turn a long bed version of a truck like this one into a retro meets modern super luxury SUV....basically, it would be kind of like a 1960s, or 1970s, interpretation of a 2000s Ford Excursion.
These videos are so fulfilling... good to see we still have good boys in our nation doing cool stuff.
Thank you, guys. God bless.
Luv seeing these ole Fords come back to life!!
I was so hoping this truck was going to stay on the east coast. I'm in NC and would have loved to see it. Awesome acquisition for the Cali man.
What happened to the 58 Plymouth
always love it when yall team up on stuff i was getting ready to watch this and i looked over to the right and said huh the craig is working on a truck that looks like this one bout the time he walked out of the trees
Great video glad you posted keep them coming thanks
Great job callaborating with 909 team work makes the dream work
Such great potential. Bonus 2 of my top 5 favourite youtubers.
This video was awesome. I used to have a 1975 F250 Ranger in the same 4 door, long bed, 2wd configuration back in 2007. Mine had a C6 and a 460 with 91k original miles. Only 2 pinhole rust spots on the tailgate, but none anywhere else. I found it sitting in a field with a bed full of trash and paid $1,600 for it on the spot. It must have died on me 30 times in the 50 miles home. Some new brakes, a new fuel system from tanks to carb and it ran a whole lot better. Unfortunately, gas hit $4.50 a gallon, and that thing averaged 6mpg so it had to go. I regret it to this day. Closing the doors on it sounded solid and tight, just like a new car door. Such a solid truck. This video brought back some good memories. Thanks for the great content!
I usually install chrome valve covers before installing a used oil filter as well.
Love this year of Ford pickup. Such a nice looking design.
A revival video mainly consisting of a series of "Hey, y'all... watch this!" moments! It just don't get any better than that!
Hello Dylan and The Craig. On the 69f250 that wash was epic time and too strenuous. Ida took to car wash and sprayed all with tire cleaner and brush... It works. Specially on white paint
KS was the good 'ol Kelly Springfield company, which primarily made tires and was owned by Goodyear. I grew up around the plant outside of Freeport, IL.. They had plants in Ohio and Maryland, so it might have been more regional areas where those tires and belts were more readily sold. Either way, good stuff!
I'm already subbed to Craig's channel and am now emotionally invested in the U.S.S. F 2 fiddy
Hello there 👋👋, how are you doing today? Hope you’re having a wonderful day. God bless you!❤️❤️
What happened to the Plymouth??
I like seeing CZcamsrs working together thanks for the video
FYI, that Maxell XL II 90 sealed cassette tape you guys found in the truck and immediately threw away in the trash... Those go for about $30 right now. Audio guys look for those all the time and pay!
We always called those big long trucks Country Cadillacs
You guys always find the cool trucks, especially this one. I've been looking for a 1967-1969 Ford F-250 Crew Cab for a year or two now.
Those “Deutch” oil filters used to be sold thru Auto Zone stores years back. Then they went to Bosch and STP filters.
Holy smokes! Love this collaboration!!
Love the Fe's! Great video
In the future you should place a tarp under the car/truck. Easy to find things and better crawling under.
Love wachting your videos man . I need to get me an old truck
The Shenanigans in this video are hilarious 😂 @Dylan McCool
I always watch till the end and like your videos! You're awesome!!
Hello there 👋👋, how are you doing today? Hope you’re having a wonderful day. God bless you!!❤️❤️
Nice to see you two work on this old ford 4 door!!
My friends dad had an early 80s ford that we all called the cowboy caddy... it was not only a a 4 door but it was a 3rd party conversion company built truck so it had what I'd call an extended cab 4 door kinda like a dodge mega cab but a bit bigger where it had an extra 3rd row seat in it and the 2nd seat could fold down where it touched the back seat for a spot to sleep... I assume it was purpose built for rodeo life but the man was supposed to go buy a family vehicle for all 8 or 9 of his kids and instead of getting a van like his wife wanted he came home with the truck... 4x4 short bed with the custom cab and a turbo diesel engine flat bed and it was still in really nice shape last I saw it... of course the old man unfortunately passed away in the last year but I'm sure one of the kids still has the old truck... definitely be worth some money to the right person but the centimental value is priceless even to me with the few memories I have of the truck myself...
Love the bumpsides, I scoped that out in an earlier video. Hey Dylan, I have some Mustang ll questions.
From rusty to runner, now that's a revival!
My brother recently bought a 69 Ford F250 4speed with a 390 that has no power steering, no power assisted brakes, and no A/C making it not the funniest to drive. Seeing this video reminded me of it and showed me some of the cool options he’s missing out on. Not to mention this is a crew cab which you hardly find!
Dylan thanks for the video
One of my dream trucks 67-72 crew cab love them!
No brakes, can't see through the window. Love these guys
Excellent Video Dylan :) also crew also I knew truck runs also those old Fords never die and hopefully find what size motor that truck has to be 351 Windsor or Cleveland, 360 or 390 motor for they used then and key ignition switch is to fix up too ! Great Work guys to also and keep going strong too!
Hello there 👋👋, how are you doing today? Hope you’re having a wonderful day. God bless you!!❤️❤️
Oh what a cool rig! Fantastic!
Logging crews loved these trucks.
Doughnut gasket and a wash job, back on the road.
Great video @Dylan McCool
Absolutely love this truck!
Watched Craig909 the other day.. now this video pops up. Love it!! That is a sweet truck and amazing mechanic crew getting her rolling.
Well. As long as it runs. Keep up the great work and I will keep on watching
Hello there 👋👋, how are you doing today? Hope you’re having a wonderful day. God bless you!❤️❤️
Craig 909's 3 favorite things;;
Ford trucks, Vincent Vega haircuts, and blinding himself with brake cleaner
Engine: "CLACKETY CLACKETY CLACKETY"
Them: "This thing tuns fantastic!"
Kelly-Springfield is one of the oldest tire/rubber brands in the US, owned by Goodyear currently. Surprised you guys hadn't heard of them.
I would daily drive that truck.always one of my favorite body styles on ford trucks.
well I have a 1989 Ford XLT Lariat and I am the third owner and this truck has never died on me once and it can haul a ton not just a half ton and I have done it over and over. The 5.0 Liter V8 has 160,000 miles on it and the engine has never been worked on. My truck has been the most reliable vehicle I have owned. So never look down your nose at a Ford truck because some one left it to rot in a field for 21 years. Those of us who take care of our trucks never have a problem its only when they are neglected do you have problems.
Hello there 👋👋, how are you doing today? Hope you’re having a wonderful day. God bless you!❤️❤️
You can pull a plug out and stick a tape ruler down in the plug hole and turn it over and actually measure the amount of stroke to see if it’s a 360 or a 390 and the difference is 3 1/2” or 3 7/8” stroke.
This is a great collaboration!! Thanks for all your hard work getting us videos!
The collab I dint know I needed
"What is safety?"
immediately grabs sunnies to protect eyes.....
YYAAAHHHHH FORD LETS GOOO!!
You no longer strike me as a serial killer weird
How many "long story shorts" before it's no longer short?
the red fuel could be a bunch of Sta-bil in it
Great video as usual. This truck is a cool find and definitely deserves some love. It is honestly pretty good looking and appears to be pretty solid
Vintage Crew Cabs are really special, nice save
Do a full revival on it
bad ass truck
My two favorite channels together
yes a Pickup truck!
I think I seen this on Facebook marketplace recently, I would want no one else to buy it and fix it rock on dylan🤘
Great video!!
Cool, I just love that 58!!!!
Dang, that thing runs amazing!
i got a 76 cab chasis f350 and shes a boat too, 160 ish inch wheel base is fun to turn around
Dream truck vibes ❤
That is one sweet truck. Very rare!
I am happy now! A McCool video!
Another resurrection, what can anyone say? Pure entertainment Dylan.
Oh my god when I saw that thumbnail I started to cry my great-grandfather bought brand new and identical truck to that he owned his entire life it was on the third bed he used it so much when he finally passed it was left to me we had major flooding in Oregon in 1998 the garage where the truck was parked at my parents house because I was 18 just turned that summer we had a hundred foot Douglas fur behind the house by the creek the flood washed the roots out and the tree fell on the garage and totaled the truck I could remember being 5 years old and him let me steer that as we drove into town at Pumpkin Center New Mexico thanks for the shock to the memories Dylan take good care of it
Guys when my tubes of rtv are trying to seal up,I use a drywall screw lol
Runs and idles she is mint 👌 @Dylan McCool
Kelly Springfield used to make rubber products. We used to have a garage around here that sold Kelly-Spingfield tires
Awesome video
This truck would be a cool build
What a huge truck, oh my goodness
Hey Dylan thank you for the video I liked it I enjoyed it I want some more of it woo
