Then I put out research showing that the people who come out to protests are usually mobilized because of trade unions, NGOs, religious groups, etc... nudging a smaller group of ideologically sympathetic persons, who bring out all their friends and family.
    Go to any protest with a list of 10 core issues and you'll see that most people are fully ignorant of the issues, except a fuzzy impression. Then there is the super hardcore zealots who tend to have a deeper knowledge, but they're often much harder to find.

    *Apartheid?*
    The Apartheid is on the Arab side, not in Israel. In Israel there are 2 million Arab citizens (1.8 Muslim citizens) all with the same rights and benefits. How are Jews treated in the Arab world? Talk about Apartheid, there are less than 10,000 Jews total in all the Arab and Muslim countries in the Middle East, possibly the Arab world.
    Gaza and the West Bank are not Israel. They have their own governments, laws, taxes, schools, police, services. They are not Israeli citizens, but citizens of Hamas and the Palestinian Authority.
    If a Canadian or Mexican wants to vote in US elections, can they? No, because they are citizens of other lands. Can a Canadian or Mexican come across the border to the US without identifying themselves, or giving a valid reason for their travel? No, they must have ID, and state how long they plan to stay in the US and why they are coming into US territories. That is the same as Israel with the Palestinians.
    There is no Apartheid!
    *Genocide?*
    *_"The systematic and widespread extermination or attempted extermination or attempted extermination of a national, racial, religious, or ethnic group"_*
    There has Never been a genocide by Israel on anyone. The Palestinians killed as the result of wars that they started, are not victims of genocide. The millions killed in Japan when the US dropped atomic bombs in WW2 ars victims of genocide. The 1 million Armenian Christians murdered by the Turks are a genocide. The 800,000 Tutsi murdered in Rwanda are a genocide.
    People who were killed in wartime by warfare are not victims of genocide, unless specifically targeted for destruction, which Israel has never done.

      Well, the left, esp. ultraleft have been historically infiltrated by the KGB when Palestinian people suddenly appeared in the 60's, they were the "useful idiots".
      But the American right nowadays are totally suspicious. And their prominent heralds, the "anti wokesters". Trump who is very keen on Putin and really wants to give him some sort of victory(I can never forget the "would wouldn't" Helsinki embarrassment), he loves peace, peace for land, as if people didn't tell him "been there, done that".
      And there's Tucker who all of a sudden agrees with the left on Palestine. And all the "right" are mad at protesters, but never mention the fact that Hamas and Hezbollah met recently with Putin before the attacks, Zelensky and the Green Prince are the only people with some influence who dare ask what the hell did they discuss with the KGB there.
      And then there's Musk who said that Russia is being pushed too hard by the US (not to overrun Ukraine), so that's why poor Russia is forced to look for an ally in Iran, it's not part of the axis of evil at all🤦
      That's why I think the left and right are not exactly a construct of principle and their opposing is just a diversion, at least in this case

    • @yeshevishman
      @yeshevishman Před 4 měsíci

      @@misterkneeI'll just say, the "right vs. left" narrative is a division tactic to silence moderate voices. The fact is that there is usually never a perfect answer to these issues, BECAUSE people divide themselves into pro vs anti, as opposed to trying to understand the nuance of the situations.
      When you talk about "gun control" for example, what do you mean by gun control? That unstable individuals shouldn't have access to guns? That guns should be illegal across the board?
      And taxes are the MOST non-binary issue because taxes make a government run, and no one denies that. The question is who or what should be taxed, how much should they be taxed, and what should the government use that money for? That's not a matter of a binary side! There are MANY different issues and making a binary out of them is basically trying to keep people uninformed.
      Immigration as well, NOT a binary issue because essentially the question shouldn't be "do we let people in or not", it should be "who do we let in?"
      Ultimately, laws are NOT binary, they are specific, so reducing them to a binary is a way of letting people remain ignorant.

    Btw,
    Hebrews grew in number in Mitzraim although their newborn boys were being killed.
    Israel still isn't committing genocide, but the argument of population growth isn't the best.
    If you look at the numbers during this campaign, taking the number of Hamas reported casualties vs the number Israel reported airstrikes
    It comes out to about 0.7 deaths per airstrike.
    Which means Israel is either pretty bad at genocide or they're trying to prevent civilian casualties.

    • @manuel_limoncello9779
      @manuel_limoncello9779 Před 5 měsíci +12

      Either way Israel isn’t committing genocide of any kind like you say they’re extremely careful. However how people find it hard to hold Hamas and the ideology accountable for those poor kids dying as a result of a war their government brought on them is absolutely mentally deranged!

    • @annakirshenbaum1458
      @annakirshenbaum1458 Před 5 měsíci

      Well, if you have 10 kids and your firstborn boys are killed, you are still bound to have population growth. That's not an example of genocide. Genocide is the extermination of genos, the genes, until none of them remains. That's why genocide is such a grave crime - extermination to THAT extent is actually rare. But nowadays words are just being used willy-nilly for shock value or redefined for political purposes. That's why you end up with a concept of genocide where population numbers don't have to plummet, which is a complete oxymoron.

    • @unisophia
      @unisophia Před 5 měsíci +7

      it was a single-time event in Egypt, they weren’t killing all the newborn boys.
      and please, look at the graphs of every population that went through grnocide: you’ll understand what it about. there’s always a sharp decline on the graph, a pit, right at the time of the event.
      of course, not every mass death, or even mass killing, or even mass murder is genocide. that’s why genocide don’t need to be completed to be defined as such. but in this case you need to prove genocidal intent.
      that’s why nothing Israel does to Arabs can be defined as genocide: no intent; and given the long period of time, they can’t say that there was an attempt that wasn’t accomplished, and that’s why there’s no decline on the graphs :) because if Israel wanted, it had the time and the means to accomplish it. therefore, the “no decline” argument is valid in this case.
      Israel has never even attempted to commit genocide and the accusations themselves are pretty much criminal.
      on the other hand, Hamas, PLO and other organisations have genocidal intent, they don’t even hide it. and Oct.7 was an attempt to commit genocide.

    What an incredible answer “only 15 of them are Hamas members”z. Thank you for doing this and sharing your interview with us. I would add to you info; The Genocide of Israelis began when Arabs had pogroms against the Jewish community earlier in 1910, 1913 and 1920. It escalated in 1933 and the British got tired of the never ending tension so in 1936, the Arabs were offered a state (the phill comity) - they rejected it. At 1933 genocide in Europe And again at 1948 by Arabs in Israel state. We wanted to create 2 states but the arabs (there no such thing as Palestine) refused and decided to continue the genocide. Further more, Egypt also has a border with Gaza. Then why doesn’t Gaza bombing Egypt? Also Raphiah was once part of Egypt but the Egyptions destroyed half of it and put a border with Gaza- so no Palestinians will enter Egypt. So why are they bombing only Israel? (Hint: it connects to Hitler)
