CHARACTER VARIATION!!!!!!!! You love to see it. I played a few ranked matches earlier today and literally saw some of the most random teams(that actually had synergy) and it felt like I played the entire cast. They got it right with this patch I know another patch is coming but imma going to enjoy the present 🎁 of today 😊

it's always wild which characters arcsys chooses to give the most sauce to in their patches. like if you told me two months ago that the patch would make Ginyu, Blue Vegeta, and Freeza of all characters insane, i just wouldn't believe you

I actually wanted to ask you if you would share more on what you said about his golden form double IAD not being used to its full potential. You said it was a good thing that no one really knew how to utilize the Double IAD tool in general and i was hoping you would elaborate on that?
This patch was a blessing for many, a curse for others like the fusions. I’m not so happy about Zam being nerfed.

No after playing the game again more (and hating the online again) I can now understand the changes fully. It added to my personal kit and not really take any of it away. I still feel that the B assist Change for Ginyu removed its nuance it had in the past but speaking generally. it was buff to his kit and made it a better choice compared to his A assist regardless the fact it got buffed too.
That Solo Ginyu combo you did was fantastic and a site to see. The Frieza stuff was cool and being a fellow Frieza/Ginyu main i learned a lot from this.
The patch is fantastic but they should universally reduce all damage by ~10-20%. This would also work proportionally. Every character deletes health bars for no reason and in my opinion it would add a bit more nuance
As a designer, I'd agree, but there's some things to keep in mind. for the longest time, players have been complaining that the game takes too long. Since player defense always improves over time, best thing to do to check its power is to steadily increase damage to compensate. there are obviously some negative aspects to this, but just keep it in mind.

Hey I was wondering about who are some good characters to have freeza with. I have two teams: the first being nappa, dbs broly, freeza and the second being zamasu, freeza, 16. I wanted to know if I should switch things up
Freeza works really well with good long ranged assists! Imo the best assists that go with him are baby B, Janemba A, and Krillin A. But outside of that you can use standard beams really well too!

@@itchyJaw its fun with all the new stuff but they didn't actually nerf the top 4 that badly besides the 50% meter gain penalty and the blue gogeta 2H vegito still has annoying buttons
@@eliravioli8233 50% less meter is enough. Nerfing buttons and frame data will potentially ruin previously possible combos/mixups and that's just very annoying for anyone who would happen to main Lab Coat 21 or the Fusions

I am not super into the DBFZ scene, but can some1 lmk if people unironically prefer japanese version over english? Seems like a rarity to see english speaking players with dubbed version
the game is set to japanese by default. this game has many overseas fans, that are completely unfamiliar with the american dub. The original JP voices are basically the middle ground for everyone.
Ps. To answer your question, yes I personally greatly prefer the original voices.
