With parents consent teenagers can get tattoos. I wanted a tattoo so bad as a teenager and my mom wouldn’t let me. So I got stick an pokes done by friends while partying. Wish she would have just said yes to one tattoo instead of being so up tight. Now I have some ugly ass tattoos from ex friends that I could have gotten sick from. As long as the teen has been wanting said tattoo for so long they should be allowed to do so before they do something they shouldn’t

Many parlors in Orlando that I’ve visited say 16 with parental consent. I don’t know that I’d let my kids get one that young when there’s a ton of temporary options, but I won’t knock parents that allow their kids to get them either.
